I would not buy again needs waterproofing and size isn't appropriate for 6-9 birds unless very small chickens.
Build quality is not great flimsy and wood cracks. Some parts were already damaged and I had to redo myself

I am trying to assemble the metal…
I am trying to assemble the metal garden shed 5ft x3ft. It says it tskes 2-3 hours to assemble. We have been at it for over 10 hours. It is impossible to install. Two parts of the metal are missing holes. We had to drill in holes and broke the top of the drill 3 times. Is there a video you can show how to assemble. It is horrendous.

Ordered a large cat enclosure ..hotel de cat.it arrived quickly .we ran into problems assembling it ,little parts missing.my husband called costumer service and the lady was lovely and said no problem ,she would get the guy in the warehouse to sort us out and send on the part.but unfortunately we never got a call back was left hanging on all day waiting for the call .was very disappointed. We managed to get it together but it's a pity we were left hanging and if my husband wasn't a handyman we wouldn't have been able to fix it.
Have just looked at the reply and thank you for answering .hopefully this was just a glitch in communication s as I do recommend your company as its Irish and has a good standard in delivery and product.

Agreat product.
I was looking for a reasonable sized hen house and run that was movable so that I could move it around the grassy area of the garden and give the hens fresh grass each day. My wife found one 'In the market', I had a look at it and it had a few nice features so I placed an order on line and about 5 days later it arrived in two flat packs.
I knew that from the online store there was a recommendation to paint or treat the timber within 5 to 7 days of receiving it. I decided it would be easier and better to paint all the panels prior to construction. Once finished it was starting to look as if it would withstand our increasingly wet climate, I used two coats of 'Ducks back' in black, but later went back and repainted the inside of the main hen house white in view of poultry health advice I found on line. It took a while to construct, two days to fully paint and build. Two days later I had it in situ with two young pol hens installed and they appear to have settled in very quickly. To further protect the hen house/run I used some treated 2'' x 3'' timber to build a 3'' high extra plinth to sit the hen house on and adapted the wheels to fit. A few screws secured the lot and is working well and the unit appears to have been well thought out. A good purchase.

I ordered a chicken coop which was reduced because of damage, I assembled it yesterday and it looks good, all the parts were there. Delivery was good, as was customer service. I'll use in the Market again :)

Excellent customer service, had problem with a refurbished treadmill we bought, probably to do with delivery. Decided to purchase somewhere else, but have to say the lady in customer service was extremely helpful and no problem sending it back and got full refund back.

i bought a wheelie bin premium storage for 3 bins on Monday, they were delivered on Tuesday and very happy with them. Easy to assemble but it is a two person job.

Absolutely excellent service! Very personable, which is rare nowadays! I ordered 20 for my Pilates classes, and delivery so fast too! Top quality boxes!!! I had also ordered one from Temu. Item exactly as described. Fast delivery
Ordered a treadmill and delivery was fast and product was great value and exactly as described. Only issue was that I got no notification of when it would be delivered and it's a bulky item. Thankfully my son happened to be home so it wasn't an issue, but it could have been. An expected delivery day and time would be helpful.

We completely understand your point regarding the lack of delivery notification. Since a treadmill is a bulky, heavy item, knowing exactly when it will arrive is incredibly important so you can plan for it. We are very glad your son happened to be home to accept it, but we completely agree that it shouldn't have to come down to luck!
We usually request that our couriers send out a text or email notification with a delivery window on the morning of delivery. We will be raising this directly with our delivery partners to ensure this step isn't being missed, as we want to make the drop-off process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our customers.

Absolutely amazing company, you can tell they are not a big company with loads of staff that don’t care about customers. I ordered a treadmill and after it was already out for the delivery, I changed my mind about which one I wanted 🙈 any other company would have said I’d have to return it at my own cost and reorder but nope not these! They were so helpful and absorbed the cost of shipping and return and just sent me out the one I wanted without any issue and they were super nice about it! I would absolutely order from them again, amazing experience from start to finish!
