Excellent service

I used to order glasses from them and everything was fine. Now I ordered Miu Miu sunglasses, they arrived defective, and the fun began. I've submitted five return requests, and they first responded, asking for photos of the defective item, then asking for more photos of the defective item. After I sent them photos, they simply ignore me and don't respond to my emails. I can't return the defective item they sent me, I just lost my money. I strongly recommend not ordering from them, they're scammers.

I ordered sunglasses almost two months ago, but they still haven’t been dispatched. I’ve sent them several emails and messages asking them to cancel my order and refund my money, but they won’t reply. They owe me almost €140!!! PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!!

OtticaSM is a great retailer of most popular brands in regards to sunglasses, reading glasses and frames. They have all major brands, mostly in stock, at very interesting prices. After ordering, receiving the goods between 2 to 4 working days.

I bought 2 times glasses, optical and then sunglasses. Always a great service from customer services, answering questions.

Disgusting customer service. The website states that after placing an order, processing and shipping takes no more than 6 days. In fact, after numerous requests and false promises for almost a month, the order was canceled without any changes. Also, when I asked if this was acceptable customer service and whether they thought I was entitled to any compensation for this, I was met with rudeness.

I ordered an Oakley Plantaris OO 9437 (943709) on June 7, 2026. At the time of purchase, the product page clearly stated "Available. Shipment 48/72H". As of June 17, more than 8 business days have passed and the order has still not been shipped.

I contacted customer service multiple times, but each time I received the exact same generic response stating that shipping requires 4–6 business days. No one provided a specific update regarding my order, an expected shipping date, or an explanation for the delay. Delays can happen, but what I found disappointing was the lack of communication and transparency once the advertised shipping timeframe had already passed.

I will gladly update this review if the order is shipped and the situation is resolved.

I would not recommend this company.

I placed an order on 16 April for three pairs of glasses and a lens cleaner. The order was shipped on 24 April, and I received the package on 29 April. However, the package contained only one pair of glasses. There was no explanation, no notification that the order would be split into multiple shipments, and no information about the missing items.

After waiting without any updates, I contacted customer support on 11 May to ask about the remaining two pairs of glasses and the lens cleaner. I was told that the rest of my order would arrive within 10–15 days.

By 31 May, I still had not received the remaining items. I had also received no updates, no explanation, and no offer of a refund. At that point, I opened a PayPal dispute.

What happened next was even more disappointing. The company did not respond to me, and apparently did not cooperate with PayPal either. They had multiple opportunities to resolve the issue and issue a refund, but instead chose to ignore the situation completely.

On 10 June, I finally received my money back — not because the company refunded me, but because PayPal stepped in and resolved the case. Without PayPal’s buyer protection, I would likely still be waiting for either my order or my money.

Poor communication, broken delivery promises, and a complete lack of customer service when problems arise. I will never order from this company again.
