Promises of fast delivery but never arrived. Tracking the order requires an additional app that collects your data and wants access to your phone but then doesn’t tell you where your order is.

SCAM ALERT!! I placed an order, after a week I emailed and asked for a tracking number, they responded they didn't have the order, I sent them the order confirmation, they responded they didn't have my address. I sent them THEIR confirmation with my address. They said it was a conflict with an order in Europe (I'm in US). I responded that all I wanted was a tracking number. They said they would forward to their internal team for review. Nothing but stalling and ridiculous responses. I don't believe they have a product. I've canceled my order, disputed the charge with my credit card but have no confidence I'll see a refund. DON'T be fooled.

Still refusing to refund for product not recieved so as I have already told them I will leave another review until eventually they refund my money. Telling me to get in touch with courier when under UK law the contract is between themselves and the courier. This will continue.

Immediately after my order, my credit card was used fraudulently on ebay for several purchases. I paid extra for FedEx priority shipping, ut the package was sent by some bullshit 3rd party. After 2 weeks I received a notification that the package was at my door, which of course it was not. No response from customer service.

This glove works amazingly well. The fact that it took long to arrive, (as many reviewers noted) has nothing to do with how well the product works and should not be used to bring down the overall rating of any product. That said, i love this glove. I have 2 Maine Coon cats who never stop shedding. I used the glove on the carpeted stairs (so much easier and faster than dragging out the vacuum) and on upholstered furniture. I bought a second glove for removing cat hair from my clothes. Quick, easy, EFFECTIVE! My son recently got a cat and I am sending him two PurePath gloves as a gift. I couldn't be happier with this product!

Total and utter scam!
Quick to take money but useless to refund it when the product doesn't arrive. Numerous email to and fro, still no refund just pathetic excuses. Reply to my email today requesting a full refund.........

Scam!!! Keep moving and don’t throw your money away. Made in China and is not worth $5. They do not refund and should’ve read reviews some didn’t even get anything for their money

This is not related to pure path compound pharmacy. This is an app that belongs to a different company all together.

Ho comprato sul sito e solo dopo mi è venuto in mente di leggere qui le recensioni. Tutte negative, avevo paura che non arrivasse mai l'ordine. Invece è arrivato senza problemi in tempi rapidissimi (11 giorni a partire dalla data di ordine). Il prodotto funziona come nel video!

Do not work like the video shows at all. Wish I’d looked at the reviews first.

Delivery time is estimated at more than a month after purchase and I have had to download an unwanted app even to be able to see the estimated delivery date. The app wants my details and feels scammy. I paid a bit more thinking this was a genuine product rather than a copy, but it’s just a money grab.

Haven’t even received it yet, but the process so far has been an utter pain. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND AVOID！

Simply doesn’t work. Stick with a lint roller. They are clearly using AI videos to advertise and making an enormous amount of profit on a cheap and useless product.

Watse of time energy and money, the product never arrived, and they requested me to pay again to resend it. It never did.

It did not work as advertised so I requested a refund and have been asked to send video or pictures of the problem. I asked if they wanted a video of me cleaning with it. The refund policy says no questions asked well it’s been three emails since and no satisfaction. Steer clear of this company I am glad it only cost under 40 to learn this lesson. Don’t waste your money. Update 19 emails later no resolution have contacted my credit card company to deal with them because at this point they think it’s a game.

Ordered from their website, took about 3 weeks to arrive. As others have noted it doesn't say Purepath on it, but Pet Designed by X-Pet. However it works well, not the miracle shown in the advertising, but pretty effective in removing cat hair from carpets and cushions. You do still need to vacuum sometimes too.

Product doesn't work on the shorter hair like my Dalmatian has, simple as that, despite it noting all types of animal hair etc. Communication is very poor, sent multiple emails and not had a single reply. Also took much longer than the estimated delivery said when buying.

Terrible product, don’t buy. Took forever to receive. Once arrived I tried it and it doesn’t work as advertised. Ask to return and company wants me to make a video of me using it. I think the company is not making it and can’t afford to return my money. Please avoid this company and it shady practices. Trust me don’t purchase.

Took ages to arrive, followed the instructions on use. This product doesn’t work anywhere near like it does in the promotion video. I’ll stick to using my vacuum

This company is a scam ordered 5/5/26 charged immediately stated it was shipped and delivered on 5/22 never received. Reached out to company stated it was delivered and check with a neighbor.
