Great product!
I have an 11 yo dog who adopted me when he was 6. I have no idea of his previous life, BUT he had experienced paw trauma. This was evidenced by an enlarged broken toe. I was told by the shelter that he wouldn't let anyone touch his paws. I had been getting his claws trimmed during his dental cleanings, but now he's too old to be sedated. I bought this nail trimmer as a last resort... I received this today and WOW, it really is incredibly quiet.. he was a bit resistant to the "grinder" at first. BUT, I WAS ABLE TO TRIM ALL HIS CLAWS (INCLUDING HIS DEW CLAWS)!!!! I don't know how long it will last and I don't care because I'd buy another in a heartbeat!!

Where, oh where, is my package
On June 22 I placed my order for the silent nail clippers. I received several messages as the days turned into weeks. The package was "on the way", according to the shipping company. Eventually, a message said they were unable to deliver and the package was returned to sender. I contacted the company who sent me another one. Same response from shipping. It finally arrived on July 8. Customer Service was excellent...shipping not so great (hence the 4 stars).
