Abzocke von Billabook vor ca. einem Jahr
Billabook hat bis jetzt NICHT die angekündigte grosse Summe (ca. US$ 339,00) zurücküberwiesen, die sie mir im Hotel Grand Fiesta Americana Chapultepec, Mexico City, am 4.3. 2025 entwendet hatte. Werde natürlich NIE WIEDER über dieses Portal ein Hotel reservieren!

Ich hatte vom 6.3.-10.3.25, also für 4 Nächte, von Deutschland aus am12.2.25 das Hotel Grand Fiesta Americana Chapultepec in Mexiko Stadt gebucht und US$ 806,00 gezahlt, reference number 71-6083484. Als ich am 6.3. ankam konnte ich nicht in mein Zimmer, weil meine Buchung am 4.3.ohne Grund storniert worden war!! Ich musste ca. US$ 339,00 aus eigener Tasche für die erste Nacht in mexikanischen Pesos zahlen, um nicht auf die Strasse zu müssen und habe das Geld nie wieder gesehen, trotz vieler Anfragen an verschiedene Mailadressen von Billabook...Ich bin wütend und rate dringend von diesem Portal ab!!!
