GENERAL INFORMATION
At this time, the Museum can not ship to the UK. We are unable to meet the country's VAT requirements. We will continue to review the situation in hopes of finding a resolution to this issue.
The Museum will use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as its primary carrier. At the time of shipment, the customer will be e-mailed all applicable shipping information. The Customer is responsible for all import taxes, customs, and duties payments.
PAYMENT
Please note that payment for your order will apply at the time of ordering. Shipping generally occurs within 7 days of your order.

For our international and Canadian orders, if the actual shipping costs are materially greater than the shipping costs above, the Museum may contact you and request additional funds.
If you require overnight shipping, you must contact us directly at 707-579-4452
or email [email protected] prior to placing your order. The process will entail the following;
- The Museum will quote the shipping options with their appropriate rates
- Customer will choose a shipping method
- The Museum will acknowledge the chosen shipping method and confirm the additional shipping charges (which will be the difference between the above Domestic rates and the quote rates)
- The Museum will ask that you process your web order
- At the time of shipment, your card will be charged the additional shipping charges
