RETURN/EXCHANGE

Our customer's satisfaction is important to us.  If you are not happy with your online purchase from SchulzMuseum.org, please read the following;

We will only issue a full refund if the following conditions are met:

  1. Returned within 45 days of purchase
  2. Receipt (or copy of) must be included
  3. Item(s) in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
  4. All original parts and accessories are included

If you would like to exchange your merchandise, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Returned within 90 days of purchase
  2. Receipt helpful but not required
  3. Item(s) in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
  4. All original parts and accessories included
  5. Store credit/value will be at the current store price of the merchandise being returned

If possible, please send an e-mail to [email protected] or call 707-284-1270 to notify us of the return.  Please allow 7 - 10 business days from receipt of your merchandise for your return or exchange to be processed and your account balance to reflect any refund (timeframes vary by bank).   

If your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by SchulzMuseum.org or a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately.  We will make it right by you.

If you are returning merchandise for any other reason; 

  1. You are required to pay all shipping costs to and from SchulzMuseum.org
  2. You will not be refunded your original shipping charges

For your protection, you may wish to send your merchandise via carriers who offer package tracking and/or insurance.  SchulzMuseum.org is not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise.
