We're sorry you feel this way, and we'd like to clear up how our subscriptions work. Mochi has two separate components, a health membership and a medication subscription, and each has to be cancelled on its own. Cancelling your medication does not automatically end the health membership, since that membership also covers provider access, coaching, and support that remain available to you independently of any prescription.
