You can’t cancel.

I was under the impression the initial charge covered the actually getting started with product. It did say get started. It certainly was not clear it was a membership fee. I contacted them a couple hours after “ joining” and was told I could cancel but would not get my money back. So they just made the price of 3 months and I get nothing.
Then I’m given instructions to cancel and I log in and the billing page doesn’t even show I have a membership to cancel.

Please be aware

Please be aware, they are going to charge you for membership immediately. Even if you do not meet with a provider and never access their services, like talking about realizing this was a bad idea, and ask to cancel and be refunded, they will not refund your membership. I should have looked more closely into this company. Please do your due diligence and look at pending legal claims and compounding pharmacy quality before even inquiring with them. Make sure you also read the fine print. They highlight what they want on the website. In retrospect, I should have been way more critical of the company before even filling out the inquiry.

It's a rip off did the tryzepitide for 3 months3 months of shots 199.00 per month and their service another $179.00 for the service of a Dr prescription. Talked to 1 person once in that 3 months lost 4 pounds. I had been on it previously from my doctor for 3 months lost 25 pounds. Then when I canceled they charged me a $91.00 cancelation fee! Horrible customer service went back to my Dr little higher$ for shots but have lost 12 pounds in 3 weeks go figure!!

No help at all

I keep being passed from person to person about a refill I never ordered. This “escalated” term each team member says is sweet nothings. They are playing hot potato with your problem. This will be my second and last time with them. Don’t get conned like i did.

We're sorry to hear about this, and we understand how frustrating it is to feel passed around without a clear resolution. We do want to clarify how medication orders work. Medication subscriptions ship on a recurring basis, and before any prescription is sent to our fulfillment partners, we send a two week and a one week notice so you have time to change your order or cancel it. We do not send or charge for medications that haven't been requested. We'd like to review your account and the timing here directly so we can get this sorted for you. Please reach out to our team at (619) 648-1247.

It’s great until it’s really not!

Their customer service is laughable and insulting. Even when you provide proof of conversations had with their employees, they will gaslight you. Marvin, “the highest employee in the company” admitted to their mistake with charging, but informed me they have “no possible way of providing refunds.” They need training on how to talk to their customers like human beings instead of coming off as complete scammers as soon as you try to cancel.

I love Mochi!

I love Mochi. I have been with them now for about 8 months. My GPL -1 shots are consistently delivered on time, work great, and the customer service is great. The only thing that I can say bad is I have to call in my weight sometimes because the app does not always work for that. However, honesty this company and their Physicians on an overall basis have been great! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who is looking to start their GPL-1 journey.

We truly appreciate your kind words and are so happy to hear about your positive experience over the past eight months. We're glad our service and medication have been beneficial. We're also taking note of your feedback regarding the app and are working to improve it, but the progress tracker should be able to assist with logging your weight and other relevant information for your health journey. Thank you for recommending us!

We're sorry you feel this way, and we'd like to clear up how our subscriptions work. Mochi has two separate components, a health membership and a medication subscription, and each has to be cancelled on its own. Cancelling your medication does not automatically end the health membership, since that membership also covers provider access, coaching, and support that remain available to you independently of any prescription.

Avoid Mochi Health: Dispatched Compromised and Defective Meds

Let's talk about shipping. I am writing this to warn others based on my recent experiences. The medication from Mochi Health arrives in a plain, small cardboard box inside a tin container with only two small ice sticks that are completely melted upon receipt. During my first month, I felt nothing from the medication, which seemed normal as it was a starter dose. However, my second shipment arrived exactly the same: ice sticks completely melted and the vial warm. When I called the pharmacy, they claimed the medication is stable at room temperature up to 86°F for 21 days, so I immediately refrigerated it.On my scheduled injection day, I discovered the silver crimp cap was so loose it felt like it was going to pop off when removing the plastic top. Believing leaking was my only risk, I administered the injection, unaware that the broken sterile seal exposed the medication to contamination. This resulted in an adverse localized injection site reaction that lasted a day. In my two years of using other telehealth weight-loss companies, I have never once received warm product, experienced a defective vial, or suffered an injection site reaction.I contacted Mochi support immediately and sent photos of the defective vial. They escalated the issue, but after three days of silence, I had to follow up myself, receiving only vague responses about "looking into it." Suddenly, without any direct explanation or communication from support, I received an automated system notification that a replacement order had been sent to the pharmacy. That replacement is scheduled for delivery today in 90-degree heat and has been sitting on an unventilated delivery truck all day, where internal vehicle temperatures easily exceed 120°F—well past any safe threshold for delicate peptide structures. I am waiting to see if it arrives today and what condition it is in. While I have read reviews claiming Mochi cares about their products and customers, I find that impossible to believe when they partner with pharmacies that actively fail to utilize adequate cold-chain compliance. They are delivering degraded, ineffective products and putting patient health at serious risk.

UPDATE: I received my delivery today, 9 hours on the delivery truck in 90 degree weather. The driver confirmed that it reach 116 in his truck today. When I opened the package EVERYTHING in it was HOT. I canceled my service with Mochi and filed a dispute with my bank.

We're truly sorry to read about this experience, and your safety is something we take seriously. Receiving a product that arrived warm, along with a vial that didn't meet the standard you should be able to count on, is not the experience we want for any member. We also understand how concerning it is to deal with a reaction afterward and to feel you weren't kept in the loop while the issue was being reviewed. We work with licensed partner pharmacies that are expected to meet strict packaging and cold-chain standards, and feedback like yours is important to making sure those standards hold. We'd genuinely like to make this right and look into what happened with your shipments and the follow-up communication. Please reach out to our team at (619) 648-1247 so we can help directly.

They'll prescribe medication to anyone that tells them what they want to hear to potentially clear them from liability. Example: friend weighs 100lbs, Zoom Dr asks her weight, she says 160lbs. GLP prescribed just that easy. How is that even ETHICAL?

We take concerns about clinical standards very seriously. Our providers are board-certified and follow established medical and ethical guidelines when evaluating patients for treatment. Prescribing decisions are based on a full clinical assessment, not simply patient-reported information alone.

We are not able to speak to specific situations involving individuals who are not our patients, but we encourage anyone with concerns about their care to contact our team directly at (619) 648-1247 so we can address them properly.

We want to be transparent: by going through our eligibility flow before signing up, you should get a strong sense of whether you are likely to qualify for the medications you're interested in. That said, our number one goal is to provide hands-on, personalized care, and that is why we require a virtual visit with one of our providers before prescribing any medication. This allows our team to thoroughly understand your health journey and determine how we can best support it. We believe that standard is what separates quality telehealth care from a one-size-fits-all approach.

We have requested further information to look into your case as well.

It was pretty expensive and all just to lose 5 lbs in 3 months:( keep in mind I workout 5-6 days a week, 10k steps daily, strength training, only eat Whole Foods, prioritized protein. I’m not sure what happens during my journey w Mochi, but once I tried yuccahealth I dropped 25 lbs in 4 months. Definitely give th a try if you want actual results. It was a little more pricy than Mochi, but it actually worked for me unlike mochi

Ok folks

Ok folks, had high hopes for this… I know the product works. I live in south Georgia, like 40 miles from the Florida border. Its hot. Super simple sign up, easy to get what you need… pay the money and chat with the doc and bam, glp-1 compound on the way. Here is where trouble starts. The “overnight shipping” took 5 days to arrive. Surprise to you all, the packaging is not insulated, its in a cardboard box with a metal canister inside that have two very small cool packs inside to protect your GLP-1 compound which BTW molecularly breaks down once temps in excess of 86 degrees are reached. This compromises the compound, making it not do what it’s supposed to do or better yet just be unsafe. Contacted the doc via Mochi chat and he was like “thanks for letting me know, contact customer service”. I contacted customer service, they tried to assure me it was fine at first but I persisted and they said no problem, replacement on the way….

2nd attempt shipped, Texas to south Ga….Ups this time, not FedEx like last time. Immediately get message that truck breaks down and delivery delayed a day. Finally arrives in Atlanta where it sits, then Tifton… out for delivery at 10Am (from 20 miles away) and is finally delivered at 3:30 PM… 70 hours after originally shipping and its 93 degrees outside, that means its between 100 to 110 inside the rear of the non air conditioned delivery vehicle. I immediately bring inside and open the nonisulated box, pull out and open the metal canister. It feels HOT. I go grab my daughters thermometer from her chem set and measure 29 Celsius… thats with the can opened in a 68 degree air conditioned house… its the residual/radiant heat from the canister. Means it got baked! Understanding the delicate nature of the compound I again contact the Mochi team… first the doctor (lol) says thanks for the info please contact customer service. Customer service says no issue, regardless of the temperature you received the medication this time in under 72 hours so its fine! I then text all parties asking them to literally tell me that they acknowledge that the medication has been exposed to temps in excess of 86 degrees (critical temp, look it up) for an unknown number of hours but since it was received in just under 72 hours it is wholly uncompromised, will work exactly as advertised, and is safe to inject into my body…. Its been hours now and no response. I contacted my bank and received full refund which I had requested from Mochi earlier which is when the customer service person told me to suck it up… said received in 70 hours so your good. They obviously have zero regard for your health or satisfaction.

We apologize for the confusion. We would like to clarify the offerings at Mochi.

Mochi Health operates two separate subscriptions because they serve two distinct purposes: the Health Membership covers ongoing provider access, prescription management, and treatment oversight, while the medication subscription covers the cost of your medication. Each requires independent cancellation through the patient portal. We understand that two separate subscriptions can feel confusing, and we continually work to make that process clearer for our patients.

I dont have an option for negative stars. The medication didn't work. I canceled 3 months ago. I was under the impression everything was done. I saw a pending charge for a renewal fee. I never received any email or notification that my membership was renewing as i thought everything was canceled. Contacted them the same day and got told to piss off. They cant refund the membership. It's not days after the renewal that I m asking. It's literally same day as the charge. I stated I thought everything was c canceled and did not know there were additional steps to canceling. They refuse to refund my money for a product and site I haven't used in over 3 months. And it's my fault for not knowing and canceling. So now im out the money, cant pay my rent and they don't care.
