MSM order faulty
My 3rd 2kg order of MSM from this company tasted off. Product had odour similar to rotten urine. I rang Pure and was asked to return the packet for a refund-postage cost me about $11. Got no response from Pure, so emailed and respondent denied my packet was faulty before it had been collected from Aust Post, said I was rude in my email which I wasn't and was only offered CR or refund on 1 pkt, loss of postage. I'll now source from elsewhere.

Waste of Money - Backup Service Pitiful
I wish I had read reviews of this product before I bought it. I have started renovating my townhouse and 1st room I'm painting has 2 brick walls, so a sprayer seemed like a time saver. Not so. Had to water down the paint and when I embarked on the 1st wall only got 10mins from each battery. Brought this up with company (no phone #, can only email and take forever to reply or ignore you). They offered to send me 2 x batteries but instead sent another whole unit. Same issue. I emailed asking for a refund and was ignored. Put a case in thru PayPal and Aussie rejected my request.
