Urn-Style Garden Fountain

I bought a red urn-style fountain with LED lights. It worked well at first, but stopped working at all within 2 weeks. Teamson customer service was very responsive to my disappointment with their product and sent me a replacement pump. All was well - for about 2 weeks. Again, Customer service decided to send me a new pump, different part number, since the originals were apparently defective. They invited me to let them know if I have any other problems with their product.

Great Customer Service

My boyfriend purchased a Lighthouse Fountain for me in May 2025 when I had a lanai built onto my home. I LOVE this fountain. After about 8 months the top light part, which lights & spins just like a real lighthouse, stopped working. It took me awhile to contact Teamson. When I did, they returned my call very quickly. Then we communicated by email. They were always very quick to respond. I was told if they had the part in stock they would send it out to me even though my one-year warranty had just ended. I was so surprised when went to my mailbox last week & a large parcel was delivered to me. It was the lighthouse light part & at no cost! Now working perfectly again! I would recommend this company to all of my friends & family as they are very reputable, dependable & stand by their product! Their Customer Service is over the top excellent!

I would like to take a moment and give…gratful for company integrity

I would like to take a moment and give a brief review of my experience With the Teamson customer care department. I purchased the Teamson Home 28 in. Cascading Bowls and Stacked Stones LED Outdoor Water Fountain for Outdoor Living Spaces May 2025 from Amazon. I put it away for the winter as instructed and when I began to assemble for this year Something went wrong.
I contaced Teamson customer care directly as they offered a 1 year warranty. They took care of the problem immediately, within a week I was up and running. Grateful for your integrity.

A fountain from Teamson

I bought a fountain from Teamson and while unpacking it I found that the top part of the fountain got cracked. I contacted Teamson support and immediately spoke to a support person. I explained what happened and after verifying where I bought it, they are sending me a replacement part. Way better than your typical tech support. No hassle, outstanding,

Bought a fountain

Bought a fountain. The pump was not included in the box. Emailed them and they wanted photos of the box inside and out. They replied that the info I provided was incomplete. What was incomplete was the fountain without a pump. They are arrogant and useless. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM. There are plenty of other companies with better products, better service and far less arrogance.

We do appreciate the photos you provided. However, the issue is that the order receipt you sent was incomplete. The screenshot included only the shipping address and payment information, but it did not show the item purchased or who fulfilled the order.

That information is important because we need to verify whether the product was sold and fulfilled directly by Amazon.com or by a third-party Amazon reseller. If the item was sold through a third-party reseller, unfortunately, it is not covered under our warranty policy.

This is why we requested a complete copy of the order confirmation showing the item details and seller/fulfillment information. We apologize if this came across poorly; we are simply trying to follow our policy consistently and fairly.

Great Customer Service for the TEAMSON Revolving Solar Lighthouse Fountain

We love our great quality TEAMSON Revolving Solar Lighthouse Fountain. Tall enough for my outside garden and the revolving solar light is bright enough regardless of negative reviews. Since the slide water control lever was accidentally not installed, TEAMSON Customer Care was kind enough to ship me a new water pump. Now that's great customer service. What more could you ask for. Problem .....problem solved

We had an issue with a fire pit of Teamson's we purchased from Target. Target did not stand behind the product so we went directly to Teamson. They reviewed all the information and agreed to replace the fire pit with a comparable unit. What I especially liked about dealing with Teamson was their customer support - they typically followed up within 24 hours - can't ask for better than that - thank you Teamson!!

Teamson glazed pot replacement motor for fountain

I got a Teamson home outdoor glazed pot floor fountain with LED lites in July of 2025 from Wayfair. It worked well all summer and fall. I stored it in the garage for the winter. I just got it out to set up and the pump doesn’t turn on. I did not buy an extended warranty. I contacted Teamson via phone and email. They got back to me the Same Day and stepped me through the process to get a replacement pump under their one year warranty for certain parts. It should be arriving soon! It was such a pleasant surprise to have such excellent customer service! Bravo Teamson!

Speedy service from Teamson

When we got the product we bought from Teamson it was missing a piece. I wrote the company email and within 24 hours had an email giving me instructions on how to describe the part I needed. I sent the information back and within 24 hours the part was shipped to me. I received in 2 days later. It's a great product and the customer service was excellent. Grateful!

It was hard to speak to someone

It was hard to speak to someone. Then they gave me the wrong information. I used artificial intelligence to tell me what to do. It said to get a specific water pump as a replacement. I didn't need a kit. The help sucked. You recommended the wrong pump and a kit for $60. AI told me to get this Teamson pump that was on sale for $19.99. That cheaper pump was the replacement pump I was looking for.

We purchased the Teamson 4 bowl…

We purchased the Teamson 4 bowl cascading solar powered fountain on March 26, 2025. We were very pleased with the quality of this item and easy set up. Fast forward to March 2026. When we attempted to set up the fountain, after storing it for a few months, we found that the pump would no longer work. Fortunately, it was still within the 1 year warranty period so we contacted Teamson customer service. They were truly great! Our email was responded to within 24 hours with the promise to ship a new pump to us asap. Unfortunately, we received an email shortly after explaining that the part was not in stock and they were could give no estimate as to when they would get more in stock. We responded by requesting a new fountain set up to which they immediately agreed! They sent an email saying they would contact us with the shipping and tracking info...but, it wasn't necessary because we received it 2 days later. Teamson customer service is extraordinary! It’s five days past the estimated…

It’s five days past the estimated delivery date and I still have not gotten my package. I am beyond frustrated and the shipper is non responsive or unavailable to talk to. They keep delaying the delivery date and no delivery attempt has been made

According to the latest tracking update, the delivery process is currently delayed due to “Customer not available or business closed – scheduled for next business day” on March 9.

Unfortunately, once a package is handed over to the carrier, we don’t have access to manage or modify the delivery process. We kindly recommend reaching out to FedEx directly so they can assist you with arranging the next delivery attempt.

This waterfall will never feel like Niagara Falls….

I’m writing to advise the public NOT to purchase the Teamson 38.5” Curved Indoor/Outdoor Slate Waterfall Fountain. The lower LED lighting can be replaced as well as the pump. However, once the upper LED lighting burns out, there is no way to replace it!
Customer service told me “they are aware of the problem, they are working on it and they expect burnout of the LEDs after 1.5 years.”
In my humble opinion, if spending $220 to purchase and ship the item and the lighting, which is an integral part of the ambiance and viewing pleasure of the waterfall, is expected to fail (“built in obsolescence,” said customer service); unacceptable in my way of thinking! At least Teamsom could inform the public before selling a product NOT expected to be fully operational after 1.5 years. I’ve had this item 2,5 years; customer service acted like I should be happy with that. For $220 the lighting should be reparable or replaceable!!! I could accept that.
Oh yes, after my initial inquiry to Customer Service, they promptly offered a “15% discount on my next order.” No way will I do business with Teamson again….ridiculous!

I'm very sorry to hear of the poor experience. Our notes concerning the case stated that you would test the unit to see if the fault is with the pump or the LED and that you'd follow up to let us know if the LED has indeed burned out. I see a note on the voicemail ticket stating that a full replacement was approved if the fault was with the LED. We'll be following up via your email ticket to confirm shipping information for your replacement.
