I think the product is good (I tried from a friend), but I am really struggling with the customer service. My package never arrived (it did arrive in the UK and then went back to Germany), and after a week and many many messages and emails it has not yet been resent or refunded. It looks you can only get in contact with AI-support and there is no number to call...so I don't really know how to get an update on this. I would like them to resend asap..

Although the initial print was not fully centred, after an exchange of emails with the customer service, a re-print was sent. Happy with the result, the quality of the final canvas is good.

The Bread Ladies is a great idea: getting yummy bread and pastries directly at my place was effortless and priceless! Sourdough and panfocaccia are delicious and the pastries too: I loved the chocolate cookie!
