I was definitely nervous about my order when two full weeks passed and my order had yet to ship. I tried calling the contact number to inquire about my order, which appeared to no longer be in service, tried the Chat feature (with no luck) and sent an email which I got no reply. I then sent a pretty stern email threatening action if I got no reply/update. This garnered a quick reply stating my order was working its way through the prep process prior to shipping. Within a day or two I received notice of shipping and a tracking number. 3-4 days later my order arrived.
Now the positives, I've ordered many plants/trees online over the years and have seen various packing methods, some better than others and some not so good. It was clear that my $180 Seagrape Tree was packed with care and I was definitely impressed. The actual Tree was exceptional and showed signs of recently being pruned and was in great health. An A+ for sure!
Lastly, in PlantologyUSA's defense, the day my order was confirmed, an expected delivery date was given of roughly 3 weeks and the package arrived right on schedule. I may have gotten nervous initially after reading some negative reviews but as it turned out, It was unnecessary and I am very happy with my purchase! Thanks for a great Tree!!!!
