I ordered a trellised Golden Pothos…

I ordered a trellised Golden Pothos from Plantology and was disappointed with the condition in which it arrived. Upon delivery, the plant had multiple broken and crushed vines, torn leaves, bruised foliage, and detached sections. I documented the damage immediately and provided numerous photographs as requested.

My concern was not whether the plant might eventually recover, but that it did not arrive in the condition advertised. After reviewing the photos, the company’s initial response was essentially that the plant would recover with proper care and they provided care instructions. While Golden Pothos are resilient plants, customers should not have to rehabilitate a plant that arrives with significant physical damage.
they did provide a claims process, but the link provided did not work. I am disappointed that the extent of the damage was not acknowledged upfront. I purchased a healthy, intact plant and expected it to arrive in comparable condition.

Beware of Gomers at Plantology dot com USA

You look at the website you can show all the reviews take. And I’m very creative. They just take the structure and repeat it over and over. I hope people look at Trust Pilot before doing business with these imitation ass clowns.

If you put said they would deliver me plates and it took them months longer than they said but I kindly ask him about it all they could do was choke on their own bullsh*t

SCAM SCAM SCAM

Ordered a $130 spider plant. They took weeks to ship and would not cancel the order. Finally got it and it was TINY. I ordered a 3 gallon pot and they sent an 8 inch pot I could have easily picked up at Whole Foods. Truly scam artists. STAY AWAY

Terrible company. They never answer the phone. I waited over almost a month before calling my credit card company to report the transaction as fraud.

Heartless Merchant

My daughter purchased a gift card for Christmas for me. The gift card was $500. My daughter did not know specifics of my immunocompromised condition, and she just wanted to give me a nice gift. I called Plantology USA and talked to Charlie. I explained the health issue and offered to provide evidence (kidney transplant) but he refused to refund the funds to my daughter. I cannot buy any product from this merchant if I do not want to risk getting sick. I am waiting for a response from BBB. Any advice? Most heartless company I ever had to deal with.

Stay away from plantology

They can’t deliver as promised

Ordered in time for a Christmas plant. 1.5 weeks later it is just shipping and will arrive after Christmas. Will never use them again and they charge to cancel the order even when they say they ship in 5=days. Total fraudulent group.

Infected plant for $900

Plant arrived. 30% of limbs broken.. fine dealth with it.

7 days after arriving it was clear the was infected with a pathogen or some sort.

Shared photos that were dismissed because any issues needed to be reported 3 days of arrival.

I was definitely nervous about my order…

I was definitely nervous about my order when two full weeks passed and my order had yet to ship. I tried calling the contact number to inquire about my order, which appeared to no longer be in service, tried the Chat feature (with no luck) and sent an email which I got no reply. I then sent a pretty stern email threatening action if I got no reply/update. This garnered a quick reply stating my order was working its way through the prep process prior to shipping. Within a day or two I received notice of shipping and a tracking number. 3-4 days later my order arrived.
Now the positives, I've ordered many plants/trees online over the years and have seen various packing methods, some better than others and some not so good. It was clear that my $180 Seagrape Tree was packed with care and I was definitely impressed. The actual Tree was exceptional and showed signs of recently being pruned and was in great health. An A+ for sure!
Lastly, in PlantologyUSA's defense, the day my order was confirmed, an expected delivery date was given of roughly 3 weeks and the package arrived right on schedule. I may have gotten nervous initially after reading some negative reviews but as it turned out, It was unnecessary and I am very happy with my purchase! Thanks for a great Tree!!!!

Bad Bad Palm!

My Bottle Palm was 4' now it is only 3' and is dead on top. It lasted under 6 months. I contacted Pantology and they did not respond.

Plantology USA (Order #9751)

I ordered from Plantology USA (Order #9751) on May 22, 2025, and it has been the most anti-customer experience I’ve ever had with an online retailer.
Despite their “fast shipping” guarantee, more than 10 days passed after I placed the order with no update. I requested to cancel before it shipped, and the company confirmed the order had not shipped, but still demanded a cancellation fee. Then they shipped it anyway against my request.
When the plant finally arrived, it was weeks late and in poor condition. When I asked about returning it, I was ignored.
Every step of the way, Plantology has delayed, deflected, and made resolution harder instead of easier. I’ve documented everything, and my case has been submitted to my bank, the CFPB, the BBB, and the Texas Attorney General’s office.
Plantology is quick to take your money, but if something goes wrong, they will put up every obstacle to avoid accountability. Strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Plantology delivered to me an excellent…

Plantology delivered to me an excellent selection of rare and exotic tropical plants I couldn’t find anywhere else and the packaging was great! I recommended Plantology to a few of my friends and they purchased some plants and were very happy with their new additions.

I ordered and paid for a spider plant in a 3 gallon pot but received a 1 gallon plant in a hanging pot, i sent numerous emails only to get the run around i was charged for the larger plant been trying to atleast get the difference in price, IDID NOT GET WHaT I PAID FOR, I WILL NEVER PURCHASE GROM THEM AGAIN, I WOULDN'T EVEN RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST, THRY JUST SEND YOU WHAT THEY WANT ,

Horrible service

I have been waiting 10 days for my order to even ship. All I get is runaround phone call and text. It is getting hotter and hotter. I’ll never order from them again. I wish I’d read these reviews first

This is just a terrible business.

This is just a terrible business.

Lied about shipping costs saying "Free shipping over $199" when I spent well over that and was charged $50 for shipping.

Never sent any information about when the item would ship.

A week after my order placed followed up and support said there was nothing they could do about shipping costs and item would "ship very soon". Followed up several days later, guy replied saying "I will look into it".

Several days later, I asked to cancel order and guy says "We are preparing your item for shipping". Couple days later, still no sign of tracking information".

Tried calling, nobody picks up the phone on their website. Tried multiple times.

Needed to insist several times to cancel the order. They finally canceled.

Do NOT order from this company unless…

Do NOT order from this company unless you want headaches. They don't answer the phones and their emails are all double talk. I ordered a tree and was charged over $200. I'm in the second week of waiting for shipping information and they're just giving me the run-around. The weather is getting progressively hotter, I can't plant the tree, and I can't make any plans to leave my home. Ridiculous! I suspect that I won't get my order or a refund. Seems like a complaint to the Attorney General is in order.
