I canceled a user but kept the phone and added person in that place. then I get a message thanks for the order 17.95 but I'm already paying for it so I was really confused as to if this is an additional charge or didn't understand what I was doing. I've also tried to get in touch with people before and ask about a headset wireless headset and still haven't got a response on that. I like the system just don't like the service customer service
The live agent was able to help resolve my issue quickly and helped me continue serve my clients with no interruptions.

I’m completely and totally dissatisfied with the service we’re receiving at our new location. I wasn’t even. satisfied in the original location. I’m super upset about the fact that we have spent way too much time with our staff fixing problems with Ooma. We keep hearing things that don’t make sense and are redundant for excuses for poor Service. Anybody is welcome to give me a phone call on my cell phone to discuss the situation. I know Ron, my representative is trying to appease us, but there’s no sense in having Ron call because I’m not satisfied with the answers that I’m receiving.

I spoke to one person who attempted to help me and was not successful. I was transferred to a supervisor but her also did not solve my problem. I asked him to hold a moment and he hung up after a minute after me being on the phone for over an hour.

Passwords are impossible to copy and paste to reset a password. You could be on the phone for hours trying to get it accomplished while CSR ask unrelated questions about your ability to complete the task to sign into your account. Meanwhile I cannot sign in and the passwords are extremely long and TEDIOUS

Absolutely awful service. Paid $200 for a phone that does not work and after a week of trying to trouble shoot I tell them I want to cancel and they are trying to deny me of a refund. I have now wasted over 6 hours on the phone with them between troubleshooting and trying to get my money back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Got this in connection with getting internet through TMobile in January 2026. I cannot receive inbound calls several days a month--it goes to my voicemail. This is a residential set up for a home office. I admittedly conduct most of my business over email and texting through my cell phone. At least once a month I get a call on my cell saying the caller cannot reach me through my Ooma number. I do the unplug-from-power of router and ooma device. If this persists any longer, I will have to see if I have other options through t-Mobile.

They were helpful when asked questions but if the customer service team had been more proactive in asking me follow up questions, it would have saved me additional phone calls to them at a later time.

Every call I have an 8 second delay between me talking and the other person hearing what I say. There is no way I can conduct business with this phone service. I've called 2 times and worked through 2 different trouble shootings and nothing helped. There has not been any follow up...

The service was decent enough... until we ran into an issue. I've been having a critical office phone issue that's been going for three weeks now that they just won't resolve. I keep calling and and talking with support and they say someone will reach out to me but then no one does. So then a day or two goes by and I have to repeat the process. I do not recommend any business use them.

Dropped calls, voice cutouts, phone doesn't ring when customer calls. Costs us an unknown amount every month when customer calls and no one answers because our phone doesn't ring. Once or twice a week we will get messages that customers left because our phone didn't let us know someone was calling. How many don't get an answer and don't leave a message??
