I've been working with Merchloop for well over a year now. They help manage and run our employee swag store. Their platform is leaps and bounds better than others I've used. Our customer success rep is always responsive. They have an ever-increasing selection of products in their catalog, and if they don't have something, they'll help you find it. We don't have space for bulk storage, so their on-demand production is key to our needs. I continue to hear great things from my coworkers, and we're always getting asked if we can add more stuff. And the answer is always a resounding yes!

Really disappointing experience with Merchloop.
We were promised a lot up front. Slowly, one by one, all of our asks got pulled back. Throughout the process, there were repeated communication breakdowns, long delays in follow-up, and major information surfaced far too late. Most notably, we were suddenly told there would be a required 15% price increase after plans and budgets had already been built around the original pricing.
On the production side, we communicated from the outset that we wanted everything embroidered. Items arrived printed without any communication about the change. Most importantly, the items that were embroidered mostly came back with logos dramatically larger than the approved mockups.
Overall, the process felt disorganized and lacking transparency, with key decisions made without clear communication. Unfortunately, we won’t be working with Merchloop again.

Poor communication, poor quality, "design group" doesn't have any eye for design. Waited 3 weeks for our store to be finished - every product had a problem. Logo colors blended into the background, logos were sized too small, they used the wrong logos on the wrong items regardless of what I put on the spreadsheet (what was the use of the spreadsheet?). Nobody in their design teams reviews what they are presenting you to ensure it looks like quality work. It took them 3 weeks to set up a website that looked like it got thrown together in 3 hours. When brought to their attention - they apologized, asked me to wait 3 more days to discuss the problem (holiday weekend, but this conversation started at 11am) then have to wait longer for the problem to be fixed. Kevin Oakley, co-founder; emailed me and called my company by the wrong name and said that they aren't the company to work with us - which is right. They are unable to provide quality work in a reasonable timeline. Also other reviews show that my employees would have been unhappy due to sizing issues and a no return policy, along with shipping challenges (looks like they have an average of a month for shipping times). Do yourself a favor - save yourself the headache. There are much better, higher quality, design focused groups out there that provide this same service.

Update. Merchloop replied and completely made good on the mug. They are a standup company that took care of the issue quickly and professionally. I have utmost respect for them making good on their product. The coffee mug - i received it and put it in the dishwasher, when i took it out the logo was completely gone. I expected a coffee mug to be dishwasher safe. I now have a plain white mug that i have yet to use.

Hello, I appreciate the variety of items and I ordered my regular size but 3 out of the 4 items did not fit. There are no returns based on an on-demand creation of items which is frustrating since I order over $150 of merchandise I can't use. I will not be using Merchloop again.

The shirt I ordered has to be mis-marked. It was too small and I even consulted the size chart when choosing the size to order and it just has to be wrong!! You are not able to return your items and it’s just too expensive for this to be happening!! I am going to talk to HR about changing companies because this has happed to other co-workers as well!!
