The Ink Pens ordered went pretty smoothly/. The Tee shirts seem to take twice the time ..It was a long Waite for the approval after that things moved pretty quickly.. The Tees where nice looking and pens also as expected...

There was an error on Image Pointe's…
There was an error on Image Pointe's part and there was no urgency in getting our product back to us quickly. They were picked up - but no urgency (in customer service) in correcting the error and getting our shirts back to us quickly. Knowing this was a historic event and a short window for sales. We missed that window. However, My salesperson is great. The shirts come in full of cardboard so we have to lint roll the shirts. (It appears to be new boxes and there is cardboard dust and particle in the boxes).

Took 4 months order still isn't 100% complete, poor communication. Poor structure for atart to finish ( to many hoops to jump through to complete the order)
