Desk didn't arrive - no working contact phone numbers
Update: I ordered this desk out of desperation. I found it on Wayfair but it was out of stock and my client wanted this particular one so I ordered it though it was twice the price as Wayfair. It was supposedly shipped, but went to the wrong address in a different city. I attempted to call but the two phone numbers were "vacant" and an unanswered cell phone. I attempted to reach them via chat but the chat also went unanswered. Once I posted my negative reviews on Trustpilot and BBB I was contacted by Bircata. I was initially told I did not attempt to contact them and then told it was a company wide phone system update that prevented my calls from going through though nothing of that sort was posted on their website. The custom service agent then offered to send me a new desk, which I couldn't accept because it was too late. They then offered to a full refund once my bad review was taken down, though ultimately they refunded me anyway. I am upping my rating by one star because they company did contact me and ultimately offered to fix the problem, but I would not order from them again. I'm told the delays and issues are due to them being a small company, so slower to respond and fix problems. Either way, it is good to have honest reviews about experiences or ratings mean nothing.
