I ordered the foundation. March 9 received notice it was on its way. The item was a letter printed on receipt paper that was almost illegible and said something about hope you liked the product. Was never received and customer service number 308-262-1137 is a Nebraska number, first off, and is disconnected. This is fraud and a scam.

If I could give them 0 stars thats what I would give them. First of all they say made in the USA, but they are shipped from China????? Second of all they absolutely look nothing like they do in advertisements. They are definitely made by the same company that plastic vampire you find at Halloween everywhere for .99 cents. How the hell are they allowed to be so full of crap in their ads. They are so cheap they don’t even include instructions, what are these white bead type things included. Are they supposed to help with fitting ??
The box says”Including.Denture 1 pair-Denture cleaning tablets 6” where are the cleaning tablets ? This company is a scam and a half. I’m definitely requesting a refund but I’m not imagining I’ll get very much mail back from this super illegitimate fraud scam bullcrap lying company. DO NOT BUY THE LIES OR TEETH FROM VIRALLALUNA!!!

I order dentures from them have sent several emails haven't received my package they tried to charge me $5 to speak to someone looking at all the negative reviews this company is nothing but a scam.
No product but they have my money what or who can I report to company to they are all over Facebook advertising this company.

This is THEE WORST set of fake dentures I have ever seen. They look like Halloween teeth. But, Halloween teeth look better.

I cannot find the information to send them back.

Do NOT order dentures from them. They were cheaper than toy teeth at the dollar store! This is a joke!!!!!!!!

Extremely disgusted with this company’s inability to return my numerous e-mails to cancel my subscription. I found the tightening eye cream bogus. I would definitely encourage anyone who is interested with their products to seriously save your money. Scam all the way!

I was very excited to try the Viralaluna Organic Castor Oil Roll-On product. It took 3 weeks to arrive and came via China shipping. I found the rollers difficult to use as the product refused to leave the bottle, no matter how much pressure was applied during rolling. I would give this product a zero rating if I could, and will never buy from this company again, nor recommend the Organic Castor Oil Roll-On product.

I gave a 1rating only because I couldn’t give a zero rating. Their “fantastic “ customer service doesn’t exist and their phone number doesn’t work either! I have been waiting for almost a month and still no response or product. Buyer beware!

If I could give 0 Stars I would. I never received my product & I have also reached out to customer service at least 4 times via email and phone call & never heard back from anyone. I even disputed the charge on my credit card, but somehow they still got away with it. So who ever is running this scam of a business you should be ashamed, but I'm sure you are living large with all of the money you have stolen from people. It has been 3 months with no product or customer service response.

Took over a month to receive & then did not get everything I paid for. Communication is terrible! Now they refuse to answer emails or ship the rest of my order! DO NOT RECOMMEND! SCAMMERS! THIEVES!

If I would have gotten these with a vampire costume from Spirit Halloween ,I would have considered myself cheated. If you give these to anyone as a gift you'd better be yelling April Fools while you do it.

I have 3 emails to their customer support. I have not received any communication from them. I also tried their phone number. Not a good number. I ordered the Facial Hair Removal on March 14th. As of April 25th, I have not received the order or my money back.

I ordered the All-in-One Balm for Undereyes and never received anything. I tried emailing customer support - no response. And when I tried to call the number that was provided in the Shop app (which they supposedly used for shipping) the number was disconnected. I was even charged $2.90 for "Shipping Protection" and when I log in to Shop for a status of the shipment it simply says, "Waiting for details" and has said that for 2 weeks. The more I research them online the more bad things I hear. Beware!

Absolutely the worst product i have ever used! Its like putting putty on your face. Does not match color at all. If i could rate negative stars i would. Extremely dissapointed DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

Terrible company. Never received the product and they ignore emails and do not have a working phone! Do not buy from this company!!!!

THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF/SCAM ! I order the stick foundation and I received the wrong color. I sent 2 emails stating that I would like the next lighter color or a refund and I have not received any replies back. February 2026 I ordered and received product in March 2026.
