The absolute best Customer Service!

I have dealt with a couple of people - Don and David. I've never been treated so kindly and respectfully. I made a mistake in ordering, they fixed it always thanking me for my business. I will definitely be a repeat customer - not only for the superior product but for the unmatched Customer Service!

Refund Policy is NOT Transparent

My first review was glowing. Needed to return a different shipment and was denied (did receive a 50% off offer for another time). What I ordered was NOT custom made or personalized in any way. There are many other options for ordering and that's what I'll be doing in the future.
