the app is a scam, no cancelation button. it's 3 weeks out, the policy is full refund 2 weeks out. i call the camp and they say they don't know bc its booked through hipcamp. there is no phone to reach hipcamp, just a dumb AI that says to go to the app, nothing in the app helps, this is ridiculous!!

I decided to try this service to get my wifes parents to the airport. They make you prepay in full when we booked months ago. Our plans changed and i try to cancel a week ahead, and the messenger in the app didn't work. Then the phone was bigus and didn't work. I got a reply in email that they want to give me a future credit instead of arefund even no service has been done, and i don't want to use them anymore. SCAM STAY AWAY. (Reply to gettransfer) I did email you and got bad service and no cash refund. I was told cash back refunds are not possible).

I was lied to when i signed up, they didn't tell me it would cost $450 to cxl my service 8 months in as $20/mo fee for a 2 yr agreenent.... they didn't give me the nfl broncos game even though i bought their top sports package of channels. They kept blaming everything on Disney, Fox, and Direct TV. Apparently they were all better at negotiating than Dish so they were left with crappy service. They advertise Redzone as 'never miss a game,' I missed the game every week. I end up watching more on YouTube, Netflix, and Hulu than I do dish, which costs a lot less. I'm returning my equipment and not going back to Dish. I expected more but was delivered less.

Update: 1/6 - I did receive my bitcoins as confirmed today, so it was still faster than the traditional 7 day waiting through coinbase right now, and it went through at the lower rate bitcoin was at on thurs, so I'm upgrading my review/stars from 2 to 4 b/c they did do what they said.

I bought some bitcoin and it did 'go through instantly' and at least they have a customer service phone and someone that replies to emails, but once the coins were sent to my wallet they have been sitting in unconfirmed status for about a day with no one touching it. Usually when I get bitcoin it doesn't take more than an hour or so to send from one website to the next. Apparently they put a very low minor fee on it so that no one is touching it. At first it said low priority on the blockchain website, now it says the transaction can't be found! I'm hoping my money doesn't disappear into thin air. So far this service seems sketchy.

1/7- Update: It's FOUR DAYS LATER and I still don't have any bitcoin. I've only received a couple of automated generic replies. I fill out all of the instructions that they send and I get no reply from them. This is tying up my money that I could have used to invest in several options that have been skyrocketing lately and I'm missing out. I really hope I can get some BTC in the few days from them or they will at least reply to me! Their is no phone and they are terrible at customer service.

1/4- I ordered through Simplex at noon today and it's 8pm and I still don't have any confirmation of any bitcoins being sent to my wallet or anything on the block chain, I went to buysomebitcoins.com and was verified and had coins sent to my wallet right away.
