Textline is an easy-to-learn-and-use solution for our medical business. We wanted to offer simple, direct inbound and outbound texting to patients from our main office phone number, because our existing EMR program did not have this feature. Textline's customer service was excellent and we felt supported every step of the way. Textline's desktop interface is quite intuitive. Textline was transparent with us about costs and assisted with the complexity of setting things up with our existing phone service provider, as well as HIPAA laws too. Highly recommend.
All this company cares about is money
All this company cares about is money. They lie and manipulate their customers. I was with them from 2017 - the end of 2025. They never had good customer service, but we thought they had a good product. We had a big issue with them overcharging us for a mass text that we sent out. We ended up paying nearly $2,000 extra because we used a single emoji. There was no warning. They gladly took advantage of us and pocketed the savings. They did nothing to remedy this other than offer us an insulting tiny discount on future months. I would NOT recommend. Get everything in writing and make them sign it. They tend to change their offer if you make them commit to it in writing.
Watch your card
Their product isn't bad (we had a couple of glitches) but they are one of those companies that continues to charge you after you submit notice to stop their service. It took us months and several attempts to get them to stop charging us for a service we weren't receiving. I thought they would be helpful and would take ownership of their mistake but instead they were the exact opposite. It really surprised and disappointed me.
AVOID I decided to try a free trial
I decided to try a free trial. You have to enter credit card details. They immediately took an amount form 2029 that was nothing to do with us. They will not call and their emails are vague. Wont return the money. Its basically theft. They didn't even tell us what they were doing

Textline has excellent customer service. Although we were not knowledgeable about the texting certification process, Textline was patient and very supportive as we learned about the requirements and what needed to happen. We left because our phone number was from another vendor and it was more prudent to stay with them. Otherwise we would have stayed with Textline. I would recommend Textline anytime. From salesperson to support staff.

I have worked with many sms platforms in the past dropcowboy, textedly, slick texting just to name a few. Textline is by far the best text platform I have used. They're support staff is amazing and easy to communicate with where other platforms it is always hard to get a hold of someone. Ece, the representative that helped me get set up was very helpful with both accounts I have set up with them. I highly recommend.

The app is user-friendly the factor that it is an SMS line it also has features of a chatting or email style as you may send attachments and photos compared to a regular text from a phone unless you are using an IOS like imessages.
