This platform was fine in the past for simple things on the free version. Tried using it for the first major project by upgrading to Pro. It is so far very confusing and hard to do simple tasks such as sharing a form with an editor. Co Pilot (AI) normally helps with very specific instructions on how to find your way on little hic ups like this on any platform but even it was confused.

I use many tech tools and for a small business this is the most important tool I have! It does have a learning curve to utulize all its options, but once you get the design down it can practically do so many things. Thank you Cognito Forms

I wish we had found Cognito Forms sooner!!!!

As a charity that provides IVF funding we have used different plugins for a couple of years which has been clunky and hard to manage user data.

From signing up to asking a ton of questions their support team have been quick to not only response to questions or problems but provide detail advice on how to setup and manage our forms and workflows.

We have now moved all of forms over to Cognito Forms and has meant getting rid of 6 plugins on our website.

Cognito Forms is a game-changer for surveys and contact forms on the free plan. They integrate with Stripe for payments and Google Sheets or Excel. It is a game-changer for small businesses

previously i thought cognito forms was much better than jotform. I finally upgraded to pro - then all shxts appeared. it kept asking me to upgrade, link to connect to other forms do not work. During free trial, everything was perfect. I deleted a database but they even deleted my form which i didn't keep a word copy. You sent msgs to help/support, they keep asking you questions - they do not read --- never solved any of my issue. Avoid this company!

Cognito forms changed their interface and in the process have deleted one of the forms we use on daily basis. Impossible to get hold of so we have been unable to register any people today which has affected our business. We have sent messages to support and no reply. As we are based in the UK I expect they will revert back when we have already left the office. An absolute nightmare

I began using Cognito Forms years ago. Although they market it as easy to use, I’ve found that’s simply not true. The form builder is far more complicated than it appears, especially if you're trying to do anything beyond the basics. Worst of all, there’s no live technical support—only email support, which often assumes you have a degree in computer science.

Once we got our original form up and running, it worked well and met our needs. Thankfully, I never had to make changes—because recently, when I tried to build a new form for a new website, I spent hours on it and couldn’t even get past the first page. Then, the partial form I had built disappeared and couldn’t be recovered.

Even someone I asked for help—who has extensive experience and strong computer skills—couldn’t figure it out. The platform looks simple, but it really isn’t. And unless you manually save after every field, your work is at risk of being lost.

There are easier-to-use platforms out there with better support and at a lower cost. I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Just before a weekeend they shut down our access to our most important form and they offer no support over the weekend - not a reliable partner - due to a time difference they wont be actioning our support request until Monday evening - there seemingly no way to address this even for an Enterprise level account Could reccomend Cognito Forms to small organisations only

I've been using Cognito Forms for years. For the last 12 months or more I have an intermittent issue where Cognito Forms emails do not reach my email. I've investigated this with their support multiple times and they say Google Workspare is blocking them, to whitelist their IP and to speak with Google about it.

I've done all that and the issue persists. Google support tells me there's nothing else they can do on their side.

Right now I can't even log in because the verification code is not coming to my inbox.

I like Cognito forms for what you can do with it, but I'm going to have to try another service provider that hopefully won't have these same issues.

I love you response to people on time and website is good but I had a little change on it since yesterday I couldn't login it's showing I wasn't a member or password is incorrect and have been trying to sort it out since yesterday but it's not working I would like if you can help me do something about it looking forward to hear from you thanks

A good review includes enough detail to give others a feel for what happened. Explain which factors contributed to your positive, negative or just so-so experience. You might also offer your view on what the company is doing well, and how they can improve. But keep things friendly and courteous!

That was amazing tech they used. Never seen such comfortable and Premium kind of forms. Great built-in features. What makes it great is features are available to free users too!! This made our work simple. Thank you Cognito forms. Without you our work is unsuccessful!!

Everything is straightforward

After a few hiccups at first, I was able to get my form to come together. We used it in October, and it went well. I really appreciate the way the data was collected and the ability to export into my spreadsheet.

I'd highlight specific examples of challenges I've faced, how I approached them, and the outcomes. Collaboration, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset are key aspects I’d emphasize, along with any relevant projects or technologies

It's a good idea to check that your review is readable, makes sense and has no typos before posting, but a surprising number of reviews contain errors. So remember to quickly run your eye over your text before hitting "submit”!
