Fake products marketed as original and money not refunded

I ordered and paid for an original iPad Smart Folio on the Fruugo website, only to doscover that the product was coming from China. When it arrived a month later, it was a cheap fake cover. I made a claim and the seller agreed to send the correct product. After another month I received another cheap fake. I made another claim. The seller has informed me they will remove the product for sale and are offering me a 20% refund. You are dealing with fraudulent sellers offering fake products which are being sold to Danish customers. This is really shocking and totally unacceptable. The least I expect is a full refund. But I never hear from Fruugo, only your ‘seller’.

Defective scooter on arrival and terrible customer service

I purchased an electric scooter for approximately $450–$500, and unfortunately it arrived broken. After only driving it a few hundred meters, it suddenly shuts off completely and stops working. When I plug it in again, it turns back on and shows 95%-100% battery, which clearly indicates a fault with the product.

I contacted customer support 4 days ago and was told that “an answer may take up to 48 hours.” That time has now long passed, and I still have not received any meaningful response, solution or refund

What makes this even more frustrating is that there is a 14-day return/refund window, and I am genuinely worried that this period will expire while I am still waiting for support to respond. It feels very unfair that I could lose my right to a refund simply because customer service is taking too long.

On top of that, if I return the scooter, I’m now expected to wait another 2-3 weeks just to get my money back, after already waiting around 2-3 weeks to receive the product in the first place. That means potentially waiting nearly 2 months total, only to end up back at square one having to search for and buy a new scooter again.

This is unacceptable customer service, especially after spending nearly $500 on a product that arrived broken. At this point, I just want this resolved. Either repair the scooter immediately or issue me a full refund before my return period runs out.
