I’ve had a great experience with YOOX , this is my second time ordering with them and although my heels didn’t fit me and it was the last one available in that particular colour , the customer service has been phenomenal. Especially with the processing of my return. Will definitely be ordering with them again!

The worst holiday booking company you can think of ! Do not waste your time. They scammed us of our booking. We turned up to our hotel in Crete with them saying there was no reservation under our name. If it wasn’t for the hotel securing us a room for the night , we would have been stranded as it was 1 am in the morning and no clue of whether there was availability in the area. We did a charge back and they proceeded to take the money back which is insane. Our bank is now involved and it’s almost taken a year to get our money back and counting !
