Has Microsoft become so high and mighty that customer support has become irrelevant

Priceline is good as long as you don’t run into any problems if you encounter a problem consider yourself out off luck, money and flight. Purchasing the trip protection is a scam it is completely useless if you actually have a problem.

I purchased a suite last year that I was never able to access and received zero support. I just received a charge on my account for $107 that I did not authorize and still no way to contact customer service. These companies get so big that they forget that the customer is the one actually buying their products and without customer you loose the money you value of your customers.

I purchased an iPhone 13 online called to cancel it about an hour later and was told I couldn’t cancel it. I was staying at someone else’s house and explained they had asked me to leave so I wouldn’t be there to receive it, I was told to call back in three days to cancel it then ( made no sense) I called back three days later and was told I needed to talk to shipping. I explained the situation again and was assured the delivery would require a signature and it would not be left there without a signature ( that was a lie). So the phone was delivered to the address Feb 6 th no signature required and of course I’m out of a phone that cost $739+ and they couldn’t care less. I was also told even if someone else attempted to use the phone it would be blacklisted ( another lie) the homeowner is a former coworker and I asked around and was told he suddenly has a nice new red iPhone 13 same week 🤔. I called straight talk again mentioned that and I was told they had no way of tracking serial numbers even though I offered the persons phone number. After that conversation my UPS claim was anonymously report to as the phone being found and my claim closed ( even though they say they can’t prove that’s my phone because there’s no way to track it or that it’s been activated) If you purchase a straight talk phone buy it from Walmart and not straight talk site their customer service support could close down and they customer wouldn’t know any less support. If the order was canceled approximately an an after I ordered it I wouldn’t be having this problem. Now I have to figure out how to get my phone back myself.
