Disappointed customer

Can I give it a 0/5? Textbook example of what’s wrong with monopolies. I can’t watch games unless I buy local cable so I buy mlbtv to watch my home team in my home and it won’t let me watch on my smart tv as it blocks casting and doesn’t make the app available on the LG system. POS

I specifically chose hospitalgiftshop.com because their website stated same day delivery if the order was placed by noon local time on a Saturday. I placed my order by 10:30am and received a confirmation by 10:46am that my order was being processed. I was really disappointed to receive an email from them on Sunday saying, “We apologize for any inconvenience but our partners are not open today/Sunday for delivery.” The flowers didn’t get delivered until Monday afternoon. If I wanted the flowers to be delivered two days later, I had many other options I could have chosen. Totally false advertising claims!!!
