I bought a racket and after 4 uses…

I bought a racket and after 4 uses there was visible cracks in the middle of it. nothing to do with impact fom the edges as it is nowehre near the edges. the retailer contacted Nox under warranty as this is clearly a defect after 4 uses and in the middle of the racket. they refused to cover under warranty 'Because the cracking appears to originate close to the outer frame and there are visible marks/chipping on the edge, this appears to be impact-related rather than a manufacturing defect. Unfortunately, our padel racket warranties do not cover damage caused by contact with the glass, court, fence, another racket, or other external impact.'

This is clearly not impact with glass, court, fence, another racket as its in the middle and nothing to do with damages on the edge. i will not be buying Nox again, i will be warning against all my friends not to use Nox and i will be putitng it out far and wide on social media.

Ordered a dish washer under 2 year…

Ordered a dish washer under 2 year warranty. 10 months in it stops working. Engineer comes round and says there is a hole in it causing the issue. Speak to AEG and they refuse to replace it under the warranty. It is fraudulent to not replace under an existing warranty for a faulty product after 10 months! These should last 10 years. Person we spoke to on the phone was extremely rude as well. Avoid this brand.

Sofa we ordered has arrived and it’s not right, none of the cushions line up with each other. I have been in store, called and sent numerous emails and no one is responding. Very disappointed with the customer service I have received. Do not buy from this company.

Evri lost my parcel

Delivered my parcel to a 'neighbour' but i have no clue who they are, i can't find my parcel and customer service are now just ignoring me. This is a Christmas present for my fiance which it sounds like she now won't be getting. Try to avoid gifts delivered by Evri

I have been a member for 10+ years of…

I have been a member for 10+ years of David Lloyd Beaconsfield. Second half of last year I decided that I would like to cancel my membership for 6-9 months so that I could save for a mortgage, as prices were going up and times were getting harder financially with cost of living etc. I tried to speak to someone about this at David Lloyd but had no success.

Eventually I managed to cancel my membership and cancel my direct debit. After I did this, I received a phone call from someone working at David Lloyd, who was very rude, saying that there was a notice period that I had to pay off. This was around Christmas time and I tried to explain my situation, that this was a tough period financially and I requested a copy of the contract that I had signed outlining the notice period, which I did not receive. They were awfully rude as i tried to explain that the reason i was cancelling was that I couldn't afford the payments right now, but if there was a notice period that I had signed up to then I would honour this payment in the new year. I just couldn't right at that time.

Next thing I know I've got a debt collection service aggressively calling me, pretty much daily, chasing their money, plus they've added an extra fee on top. This is no way to treat loyal customers. I explained my situation. I've been a member for a long time and planned on signing back up in the not too distant future but after being treated this way there isn't much chance of that.

There are loads of competing gyms in Beaconsfield and surrounding areas for a lower price and better customer service. I am based locally and have a lot of friends at the gym. I will be letting them and everyone know.

I mean this is utterly fantastic

I mean this is utterly fantastic ! Quick delivery and great customer service when I wasn’t sure how to use it. Have tried various products but this up there as being the best. I can now smile with confidence 😜
