I purchased a set of white Scalloped edge sheets. The shipping was $30 which is quite expensive.
The sheets feel like sandpaper, washed terribly. Wrinkled. Ironing didn’t really help. Terrible return policy. They don’t except returns if they have been washed. They change a 70% restocking fee, if you want to return unopened merchandise.
Awful all the way around!

I have bought many items over the past two years. The company has been wonderful and never had a problem with Balsam Hill honoring their warranty.
They sell quality products that also happen to be unique and beautiful.

Prices are great and they were very helpful.
