I would highly recommend using Liberty Games!

My experience with Libert Games was faultless. The ordering process was so easy, the website is great. The turn around from ordering to delivery was exceptionally fast, considering the size of the item (around 90-100kg).

The product was of really high quality and such a great price compared to others.

I will definately recommend them and will be back again!

Ben was a great professional - I required some minor scratches being polished out, along with a major fill and re-paint.

It only took a few hours to complete.

Absolutely awful service and…

Absolutely awful service and experience.

I order a super luxury bouquet as advertised by the image on the website.

The flowers are meant to come in bud form, they were not. They were squashed in both directions and looks withered and floppy, on top of this, the message card was missing!

Upon sending photos to the customer service team and explaining my unhappy experience, I was fobbed off and none of my points were answered. I have opened a claim via PayPal as they refused to offer a refund.

UPDATE: After requesting a full refund through PayPal, I received no communication from the seller. I opened a claim case through PayPal resolution centre and was given a full refund within 10 minutes, paid by PayPal, not the seller.
