I called to cancel my Christmas booking, spoke with Jude who could not have been kinder. She helped me to push the booking forward rather than cancelling to give me some time to resolve problems about my travel. I am really grateful and although it eventually may lead to a cancellation it will be with full knowledge of my needs.

Further to this issue - I am pleased to confirm it has now been resolved to my satisfaction, took a review to get the attention but all is now okay.
Further to my review 2 days ago about Rentalia - their reply completely missed my point and was of no help so my villa listing is still blocked to me via 3 phishing attempts. I invite Rentalia to sort it out and to refund my subscription right away. How I wish I had checked their rubbish reviews before getting involved with them

I added a property to Rentalia for 145 euros for 4 months. All I have recieved are phishing warnings and scam emails. Rentalia of no help at all. I have demanded my money back and have had zero reply. DO NOT USE THEM
