the phone number is just a series of ads 'you have been selected for a free gift, press 1 to confirm', and none of the options lead you to support or a non-AI person.
the online contact form cannot be submitted in any browser due to invalid captcha config. the email support-at-bircata-dot-com is invalid, and gets a 'message undeliverable' response.
the account config page, account-dot-bircata-dot-com, is broken and yields a server-not-found.

i ordered an item 6 days ago that should have arrived two days ago. i received an initial order-placed email, and my credit card was charged, but i have received no update on shipping, and of course cannot review my order to cancel it or request a refund because the account page is down. i plan to submit a claim with my credit card company.
