Legacy Wills is an excellent company
Legacy Wills is an excellent company. After contacting them for the first time to make wills for me and my husband they responded quickly to make an appointment for a phone call to discuss the contents of our wills. It took about one and a half hours. The wills were posted to me for witnesses and our selves to sign.
Sadly my husband died his will was so well written every thing was hassle free.
I contacted Legacy Wills to adjust my will due to changing the executor’s and again when I moved to change my address the procedure was the same as above. Everyone I spoke to were extremely knowledgeable and supportive and kind. They didn’t rush me and gave me time to think about my answers to the questions. They gave good advice when I needed help with answering certain questions.
They discussed power of attorney with me which I decided to take out and although quite expensive for me I was given the option to pay monthly over 12 months.
Anyone wanting to make a will (a fraction of the cost of having a face to face meeting at a solicitor’s) I highly recommend this company.

For a will great value and service
For a will great value and service. However if your needs are more complicated and a single will won't do they are expensive. I am disappointed in prices.

AVOID
AVOID, WARNING TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO SOMEONE FACE TO FACE
MISSELLING. THE NEXT PPI SCANDAL COMING
Please do your research into this company. They are just interested in getting YOUR HOME into a Trust. Within 5 minutes of the phone call they are asking do you owe your home and the minute you say yes, the Trust conversation starts and the horror stories of your home going to government to care for you in your later years. They do not do a full find out if the Trust is suitable, which is was not on my circumstances. The advertised £19.99 Will does not exist, or they do not want to sell it as they will make no money so start the upselling.
