Customer support is non-existent

I placed an order on June 4th for two T-shirts. Estimated delivery was June 18th. I received a notification on June 9th saying the order shipped. By June 16th the order hadn't moved. UPS tracking still said "label created". I figured the order was lost at dispatch and hoped if I chatted to an agent they could see the amount of time that had passed since the label was created, and come to the same logical decision so that they could reprocess the order. It wasn't custom, just a pick & ship of two t-shirts as advertised on site. CS agent told me that the carrier probably hasn't updated the tracking and it happens all the time, I should get the package by the 18th or at the very least by the 23rd according to their "extended delivery window". Fine. By June 19th, no delivery. No change in tracking. UPS did not have the parcel. I chat to CS again. Same thing, the order was dispatched, we have to wait it out, if it doesn't arrive by June 23rd they can escalate. June 23rd arrives (today) no package. So I check the tracking and wouldn't you know, the tracking explicitly states, parcel was dropped off by the sender to a UPS store in FL today and is estimated to arrive by Friday June 26th. I chat to CS and the first thing I get is an AI bot telling me my order does not qualify for refund or replacement due to the 'fanatics policy on shipping and carrier delays'. This wasn't a carrier delay. I went to an agent to explain, agent took all of my information, apologized for the inconvenience and assured me that the order would be with me this week. I explained that I understand the order is on the way now, but this is not a carrier delay, the order was in fact dispatched late, which is proven by the tracking details on UPS. Only after this did they refund the $4.99 shipping charge which is laughable.

I realize this is a first-world problem. Two shirts that I ordered are late and it's not the end of the world, possibly not even worth the time it's taken to write this review. But at this point I'm already in it and since going directly to support is wildly unhelpful and frustrating a review is warranted. It's not about the order being late, its about being gaslit for a week and at the end of the day I was right and am expected to deal with it. I won't order from them again even though I have in the past. To anyone reading this, know that if you spent a good amount of money and feel like your getting played with, you probably are, and you should push the issue and get your money back. Better yet go directly to the sports team and order stuff from them. You may pay a bit more but I have had better service and experience getting products shipped directly from the clubs overseas than I have had with this company based in FL.

The buying experience with Fanatics was…

The buying experience with Fanatics was absolutely horrible.

I placed an order with an estimated shipping time of three weeks from the order date. As the estimated shipping date passed, Fanatics moved the shipping date out another month. After reaching out to support, they did not have an explanation of what the delay was but ensured me that it would be shipped now two months from the order date. The third provided date then passed and they stated that the order would still not be shipped for another month. Again no explanation of why or clarity on when my package was going to be delivered. They happily collected my cash and were not delivering on my purchase.

My order was cancelled and I'm hoping that they will give me my money back in 2 to 7 business days.... unless that timeframe gets moved out like their shipping.

Horrible buying experience, long overdue wait time on receiving the purchased merchandise (not sure I would have ever received it), and the customer support team was not helpful beyond saying I could cancel at any time....

Unstoppable spam texts

If you buy anything from Fanatics, they will spam you with texts and no matter how many times you reply STOP, or back and forth emails with their customer service, they will continue spamming from new numbers.

Should be a zero

Should be a zero.

I ordered a memorabilia and the item came in dented. Reached out to customer service it was AI.

Item is unreturnable. And offered reshipment, no need to return item due to inconvenience. And I didn’t have any option so I agreed.

Later on I got an invoice of another charge for the same item.

I complained and it was a series of different information and inconvenience.

Awful company

Awful company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered Bengals items. They sent completely different items from the Chicago Cubs. Then, they are not refunding me if I don't send back the items that I did not receive. I spent over one hour online and on the phone with their terrible customer service. They stole $89.00 from me. I will not stop here, they are getting reported to BBB, my credit card, and every sports fan that I come across. They are purposely doing dirty business, sending items that are not what you ordered, and then trying to say they will not refund you until you send back items that you never received. They send different items so that it appears that they are justified because you did not return the merchandise, when, in fact, you never receive what was advertised and ordered. They are going to get caught, because people like me are reporting their scam. Update: the company is trying to correct this mistake that ruined my Father's gift for my son.

I ordered a jersey for my grand…

I ordered a jersey for my grand daughter June 6 for her June 11 birthday. The initial order was never delivered. I called customer service, assured they would expedite the next order. The rapid delivery is supposed to be 10 days!!! This is 2-3 weeks delay in getting her birthday present to her.

I would give this company no stars if…

I would give this company no stars if able. First, they take 20-30 days to deliver an item you ordered with NO option to cancel the item. You can only cancel the item within 30 minutes of placing the order, however you do not know the delivery date at that time. ONce you wait an absurd amount of time for delivery, they charge you $9.99 PER ITEM to receive a refund. DO NOT buy from them. They are crooks. GO to Rally House instead. Much better customer service.

Lack of customer service

I ordered a Denver Broncos jersey with Bo Nix on the back. When it arrived, it did have Bo Nix on the back as expected, but the front of the jersey said “Bengals” instead of “Broncos.”
I have tried every day for one week now to contact customer support through every available channel (phone, email, and chatbot), but I have not received any response. I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the lack of customer service.
I do not want to pay for the return shipping, as the mistake was not mine. At the same time, I do not want to keep and pay for a product that was delivered incorrectly.
I am very disappointed that no one has been able to help.

Awful Quality

Got a UFC Freedom 250 shirt shipping took awhile which i don’t really mind but the quality of the shirt was absolutely awful i got a shirt from the UFC freedom 250 event and the quality difference was night and day overall fanatics is awful and overpriced

Unlawful Handling Resulting in Irreparable Loss of Priceless Asset

Unacceptable shipping for a high-value collectible. Destroyed in transit.
I ordered an irreplaceable, autographed Caleb Williams Chicago Bears helmet, and it arrived completely ruined due to abysmal packaging and careless transit. The outer shipping box was delivered entirely caved in, buckled on all sides, and gaping open at the top. Because there was inadequate protective packing material inside, the severe external impact crushed the Riddell display box and permanently damaged a high-value piece of sports memorabilia.

Shipping an expensive, one-of-a-kind autographed item in a standard, flimsy cardboard box with minimal padding is gross negligence. A standard return or exchange is not sufficient for an item of this nature. Fanatics needs to take immediate accountability for this delivery disaster. Order Issue

I purchased an elite MLB Mariners cream jersey in April. Due to work I did not get around to really looking at it until recently. While inspecting it, I noticed the picture in the order showed a new jersey (post vapor debacle) with white jock tag. What I received was an old one with a black jock tag. I believe they sent me one of the poorly done jerseys because it was stock on hand. Customer service was horrible, so I returned everything that still had tags. I will be making my purchases through the teams directly. Over $1500 worth of items going back to Fanatics! The worst part is their inventory for Seattle (Mariners and Seahawks) elite jerseys is a joke and the jersey I wanted is no longer available. Unfortunately, I think Fanatics has even monopolized the team store websites. DO NOT BUY FROM FANATICS!

I wish I could give a zero rating….. waiting a month for a jersey is wild…… not getting updates and reaching out and getting nothing but the tracking code that was already provided, is even more wild. We will not use this site again. Wicked bummers

My order was “out for delivery” for 5…

My order was “out for delivery” for 5 days. When I called them to ask about it, I was told EVERY day to call back tomorrow because they couldn’t do anything due to it being out for delivery. Finally on day 4 I was issued a refund, but not before screaming at them for 45 minutes. The next day the item came (day 5). It smelled horribly of cigarette smoke and when I opened it, the tank top writing was reversed. The M was white and the “Wolverines” was gold. NOT what the picture showed. I will never wear this and oh I will NEVER EVER buy from Fanatics again.

Almost Impossible To Return

I placed an order for some items for my new grandson. About 40 minutes later my wife told me that she had already ordered two of the items that I did. I immediately attempted to cancel the two items through the web site but it would not allow me to cancel. I tried numerous times to contact shopjaguars.com to cancel the two items but keep the rest on order. When I finally got to speak to someone, I was told the I could not cancel because too much time had passed. It had been about 45 minutes. It took quite a bit of convincing but I was finally told that they would accept the return. However, I had to let the items be delivered then return them. I told them that I had just ordered them and it made no sense to ship them all the way to my grandson just to have them shipped back. They insisted that is the way it had to be done. Fast forward a few weeks and the items are finally delivered. So, as I was told, I contacted their customer service to start the return process. After a lengthy chat with a “virtual assistant”, I was able to chat with a human and was told that the rep had “created a ticket”. Then when the team reviewed it someone would be in touch. Then she asked how I wanted to pay the $9.99 processing fee. No one had mentioned a fee up to that point. A few days went by and I didn’t hear from anyone so I checked my order on their web page and found a return label. The items were sent back and received by them. They then refunded my money. No word from them at any point after my chat. Very poor communication. Very poor customer service. Very poor transparency. Would NOT recommend

If I could give negative STAR I would, awful company , waited 2 weeks for item to shipped to be told it’s delayed , no explanation at all. Awful customer service , phone number for UK connects you to a French answering service ! Telephone automatic service is dogshit ! Avoid this company , I’ve requested a refund and will go elsewhere!
