weak what chimp

when i added my card to meta they charged me immediately 25 $ without my permission they did it twice, and the application never worked !! my whole bussines stopped due to their bad service !!

2 Businesses Solution

I had a pretty confusing case and Joy helped go through every detail with clear and direct instructions which helped me reach a decision related to the two business that I'm running.
Definitely she is way more helpful than the AI bot that is answering my tickets and the human agents who jump in to follow-up without getting the full picture first.

Disappointed

They weren’t very helpful. I attended two demo calls, but instead of addressing my questions directly, they kept directing me to watch the tutorial videos on their YouTube channel.

Excellent support and fast problem resolution

I had an issue with the service that prevented me from using the platform properly for several months. After reaching out for support, the team joined a meeting with me very quickly and resolved the issue in less than 30 minutes.

I am very pleased with the support I received and truly appreciate how fast and professionally the team handled the problem.

Special thanks to Michelle for her assistance. She was extremely helpful, responsive, and played an important role in resolving the issue.
