A Worthwhile Investment for Long-Term Hair Reduction
I purchased my first Ulike Air 10 in September 2024 and have been very pleased with the results. I have naturally dark brown hair, and my complexion ranges from wheatish to fair with warm undertones. Based on my experience, the device worked particularly well with this combination of hair and skin tone.
I have used the device on my arms, legs, underarms, and face. When I first started using the Air 10, I followed a weekly treatment schedule. As I began to see results, I found that I needed treatments less and less frequently. Today, I can comfortably go about six weeks between sessions while maintaining the results, which has been a significant improvement from where I started.
The device is easy to use, comfortable to handle, and the cooling feature makes treatments much more pleasant. One of the things I appreciate most is the convenience of being able to do treatments at home on my own schedule.

Best purchase ever I absolutely love my Ulike Air 10! I was honestly surprised by how quickly I saw results. After my very first treatment, I noticed that hair on my upper lip had almost completely stopped growing back. I wasn’t expecting such a dramatic difference so soon! I purchased less than a year ago the product, the most expensive one at that time which was the gift set with the red bag. I’ve tried many videos of different people, from their website itself like the videos from others on different social media. EVERYONE will do it differently , I’m so confused on if the aloe is before or after, if you shave first and then do or if it’s the day before. The first couple of times the light wasn’t doing anything of the machine, same as the sound of like a chisp. It was as if it wasn’t working properly, after getting frustrated with it, I left it alone. After some days I returned to try to use it and found myself with it doing the lights and the sound as if it was working. I was finally excited! But still felt like my hairs were still growing. I saw that they had recently done the new one with the pink bag and how someone like me had purchased the red one and was in hopes of the pink. Ulike replied to her letting her know she was going to get the pink as a courtesy. I contacted them in hopes of getting better information on how to correctly use it and to know about the pink bag. They instead told me that the pink bag is only exclusive for the new purchased and that they could offer me a gray one if I left a review. So HERE IT IS. I do not care for the gray bag, but do wish I did see some more realistic reviews of this, they just sent me a link on how it’s to be used. And did not provide anything else. Very disappointed especially with how expensive this product can be. If it would work it’s great, but it has not been working for me. I made sure before purchasing that my skin and hair wouldn’t be the ones to affect the purpose. Customer service was not at all good. The product is not good. I’m really disappointed on this. I will be trying the oil for hair removal to see if it will help me. Hopefully is someone gets something defective they won’t just send them away and give them better customer service. -from someone who WORKS in customer service.
