There was a shift in my writers willingness to help once I paid and didn't leave a tip. My resume needed to be cleaned up but only took one change was punctuation errors on my writer. Tipping for professional services seems out of hand.

When I was selected for interviews my recruiter prepared 14-18 pages of information about the company, questions I should prepare for, as well as questions for me to ask the interviewers. Without any doubt this service made a difference in my job searches using and helped me land the job I was looking for!

Your writer, once assigned, reached out to me in a timely fashion and quickly provided a first draft which was a significant improvement on the original resume I sent.

I signed up for the service thinking that I was going to get a great resume the first time for $329.

I then go ahead with the next program discounted to $574. At this time my resume is rewritten to which I am totally satisfied. This brings the question of why did I pay $329 for the first resume to then have it rewritten in the $574 price. The second writer asked the same question.

It truly feels like a bait and switch to me. I'm not one to post negative comments but I have no choice at this time but to discontinue the program with this company feeling taken advantage of as the response I got back from Pamela Santos is "Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any additional promotions or discounts at this time."

I truly had hopes that I had found the right company especially when working with the second writer.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They promote their services being completed by a professional writer only to get a product that was revised by AI that you could have done yourself.
