Improving Interaction

Easy purchase process. Email reminders were helpful. It was a great show, a challenge for me to get to but I’m so glad I went.

Faulty venue

No issues with Ticketmaster, my issue was with the event/venue. After paying $1700+ for a “VIP” ticket and having the barricade door fall over exposing all the electrical components isn’t ideal. Let alone down for the more than half the show. There was a young girl beside me celebrating her 5th birthday, and the barricade door was hanging infront of her. I had to hold it with my foot so she doesn’t hit it every time she stood up. We told security at around 6:45 before the show officially started at 7. It wasn’t fixed until 8:20. Show ended at 9:20.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I couldn't complete my account registration and reached out to support for help. Instead of resolving the issue, they were completely unhelpful and left me stuck with no solution. If you can't even get basic help creating an account, I can't imagine trusting them with actual ticket purchases.

barely worth the trouble

Bizarre pricing, going up and down while trying to buy tickets. Pain in the neck having to load an app on the phone and access it (clicking through several screens to find it).

Except for the fact that the bands were excellent, not worth the time or trouble, let alone the price.

Disappointed

When we book a concert to see a group that had had numerous big hits we expect to hear those great songs. That did not happen at this concert. This “Bob Dylan” concert would have been better suited in a bar/ lounge setting.

Had a Blast!

It was a great show and a fabulous night with friends. I was hesitant at first to order tickets, but your online service was easy to use and took all the suspense out of whether or not we would be able to get seats where we'd be comfortable. Thanks!

Ticketmaster is the problem

I loved the concert and had no issues with the location/staff. But oh my goodness Ticketmaster is so evil. The process for getting tickets is diabolical and I am very fortunate to have gotten one. And the concept of reseller tickets being 2-3 times the original price. Biblical levels of greed actually. The fact that Ticketmaster has monopolized concerts has put a huge damper on the experience for me. There are so many artists I would love to see but cannot due to exorbitant pricing.

I was sent the wrong tickets

I was sent the wrong tickets, I called customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do. They even said I could hang up and call back in and the next representative would tell me the same thing.

The whole purpose of spending that ridiculous amount of money was to see a person that was promised to be on the card for the evening but never even made an appearance therefore leaving my son in tears because that’s all he wanted to see

Tour guide was awesome and funny!

Tour guide was awesome and funny! Seeing the locker rooms were the best part! Got some great pics for my son who is a huge basketball and Knicks fan. Knicks court wasn't displayed since there were events happening that week, but the experience was very cool, nonetheless. We hope to come back one day for an actual game, we traveled from Florida.

I’ve had issues with purchasing a…

I’ve had issues with purchasing a singular ticket for weeks. I emailed several times with no responses and always had to wait days. I sent a DM on Instagram and got a reply instantly. Not even a day later it was resolved. The initials were JM if this helps!
