The Wisephone II has been the perfect…

The Wisephone II has been the perfect solution to our family's ongoing debate about cell phones for our teens. We are all aware of the myriad unhealthy ways that screens have taken over our lives. The Wisephone allows users to function "normally" without sacrificing mental and physical health. My 14 year old son has everything he needs to stay in touch with friends and he can access apps that have been vetted as non-addictive and appropriate. All of his apps are purely beneficial and good uses of his time! For example, since getting the phone, he reads the Bible app every day, has developed a structured routine through an exercise app, relaxes while using a birding app, and learns a new word of the day. These are all things he did NOT do before having this phone. His focus, attention and mental health are solid. This is not true of my daughter who has an iPhone. I can see how her focus, productivity and mood have deteriorated since having an iPhone. Customer service is excellent. Yolani and Jay have been extremely helpful, patient, and friendly as they've helped me navigate set up and troubleshooting problems I had. I truly believe this phone would benefit everyone. I am considering switching our whole family over to these phones.

Yolani was very patient with me and…

Yolani was very patient with me and this process! I think the phone will be perfect, we just need to give it some time and see if the app works as well. I have another son who is very busy and tech savvy and told us about this phone and he thinks this Wisephone works great! I just had trouble seeing if we could add it to our phone service for a lower price which we could not do, but that did not work, so we are starting out with the Techless annual plan . Thank you!

My Wisephone is a brick and the company has ghosted me

I ordered a Wisephone as an upgrade to my current dumb phone. I tried to activate it on Saturday 6/20. I attempted to port over my existing phone number from my current carrier and paid for an eSIM card with Techless on the website. I tried to activate this same account on my phone and it failed to recognize my account in any way I could try. I waited through the weekend for the number to port and the eSIM to activate but nothing... both my phones are bricks. I tried getting ahold of the company for support and on the website they just have an AI agent that just takes down your details and creates a ticket. It's now Tuesday and am still without a phone. I've submitted multiple tickets, I've tried calling, emailing.... anything I can think of and I can't get anyone to respond!! I don't even think I can reactivate my old phone number because the port hasn't gone through. I understand that there can be tech problems... that's normal. What infuriates me is that I cannot reach ANYONE at this company to help with the exception of this AI chat bot on their site that just runs me around in circles. GOING WITH THIS COMPANY IS A RISK.

Tina was the representative that we interacted with and her professionalism, kindness, and knowledge base was extraordinary. She was able to help us troubleshoot working with the portal and the specific features or our Wisephone. Thank you, Tina!
