Scam! Do not order anything from this company! Shame on me, I ordered something off of Instagram. The Large clear storage buckets with the zipper top to stack. They arrived after a month and appear to be an 1/8 of the size they were supposed to be. At check out it said not to pay attention to the description. I have requested a refund. I will update when I know more. Supposedly shipped from Ireland?

Two out of the three lights got damaged, during shipping!

Package arrived in good condition, very pleased. The tracking information is a little slow.

Fraudulent company. I ordered a rose quartz roller organic castor oil. I got the product, however, it was a plastic roller that wouldn’t roll, and the ingredients were not organic. When I asked for a refund, they said I would have to pay for the shipping which wouldn’t be worth it, they offered me $2, then they offered me $7, and never took responsibility for the fraudulent advertising and for the inadequate product, while maintaining that they provide the highest-quality products.
DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I rarely leave negative reviews because I realize most businesses don’t intentionally make mistakes, but after nearly three months of attempting to resolve this issue directly with ShiftAlter, I feel compelled to share my experience.

I placed an order on March 22 for approximately $70 worth of products. Unfortunately, I never received the package.

What followed was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve encountered. Since May, I have exchanged more than 20 emails with customer support attempting to resolve the situation. Despite repeatedly explaining that I never received the items, the primary response I received was to contact my local post office.

I did my due diligence and explored every avenue available to me. However, as a customer, I paid ShiftAlter for products that were never delivered. At some point, customer service should focus on resolving the issue rather than repeatedly redirecting the customer elsewhere.

Throughout this process, I have remained patient, professional, and responsive. I have provided information when requested, confirmed my address, responded promptly to emails, and followed every instruction given. In return, I have received months of delays, repetitive responses, and no meaningful resolution.

To date:

• I have never received the products I purchased.
• I have not received a refund.
• I have spent months following up for answers.
• I have received no satisfactory resolution despite extensive correspondence.

What has been most disappointing is not the lost package itself. Shipping issues happen. What matters is how a company responds when something goes wrong. In this case, I have seen very no ownership, accountability, or customer care.

Had ShiftAlter simply acknowledged the issue and worked toward a fair resolution, I likely would have remained a customer. Instead, I am left feeling that my concerns have been repeatedly dismissed while my money remains tied up in an order that was never fulfilled.

I cannot recommend purchasing from this company based on my experience. Buyers should be aware that if something goes wrong with their order, obtaining a resolution will not exist and you will end up wasting entirely too much time with a business that doesn’t actually care about their clients even though their “About Us” page claims to:

Super disappointing experience, and I will do my best to make sure as many people as possible avoid the same mistake I made here. They still have the opportunity to try to make it right, so we’ll see. If they do - I absolutely will update the review.

Ordered a power hose nozzle. Took 4 weeks to arrive. The product is complete junk. All plastic parts and doesn’t fit a standard hose. I ask for a refund and they shipping would be too much. They offered for 4$ and then 6$ refund on a 28$ item.

Its been a month and I have not received my package. I truly think this company is a scam. From reading other reviews the quality of the product is not good either. At least some customers have receive their items. I have not receive mines. Buyers be aware of this company.

I received my roll on castor oil. It is very hard to get the product to come out., I'm still working to get it to come out.

Ordered the organic castor oil with rose quartz roller. First of all the roller ball is plastic and secondly the “oil” is mostly glycerin. Absolute waste of money. They’re offering me a $5 refund for my inconvenience. Save yourself! Let me be a lesson to you!

Rose Quartz crystal applicator? I think not. It is a plastic applicator and works well enough. Love the product!

I received it 2 days ago. So far I like how easy it is to apply, rub in, looks on my skin, feels on my skin. Can’t say yet if it is working since today is only 3rd day.

I waited way too long not realizing it originated in China. I think you should be transparent about this.
Also, I am very disappointed by the quality. Feels more watery than oily. Castor oil should be thicker.

I love the product but I'm having trouble with a roller. It's too tight and sticks.

Never received my order.

I ordered this item on May 1 just got an email saying it was delivered on May 27 and then another one saying it was delivered on June 1 and I never did receive it. I checked my neighbors and it has not been delivered. I would like a refund.

Product was misrepresented and when asked for a full refund, was offer a minimal amount for “understanding”!
Will be reporting to BBB.Never purchasing from this company again.

Good service, very good tracking

Well it took so long to get here. But I really like it. When the oil runs out, can I refill the bottle myself?
