A great service from start to finish
A great service from start to finish. Easy to book and collect and clear instructions for use. Did a great job on the stairs. The solution went much further than expected so should have bought a smaller one but will save and use the rest next time.

It's a shame to report some issues…
It's a shame to report some issues having used RugDoctor previously without a problem. Firstly I couldn't open the locker with the code given. I contacted the help line number (which took a while to find) and they told me that the code had been changed and that I should have received an email (I didn't and, anyway why did it need to be changed?) Got the device home and fitted the hand attachment. Despite following the instructions and online video to the letter the device leaked at the connection and was unusable. Contacted the helpline who agreed (without quibble) to refund the hire and I returned the machine. Disappointing.

Very easy to book and collect from a local supermarket.
Watched video on YouTube to refresh how to use. A very impressive clean of the carpets. Dried very quickly. Will use again at the end of summer.

The machine was filthy and I couldn't use it for that reason. Customer services was very good and returned my money but that didn't help me as I still have carpets that need cleaning!

Dog hair
Although the whole experience was straightforward and seemed to work well we did have a major issue.On inspection we found that previous users obviously had a long haired dog mostly coating the underside of the machine. We spent half an hour brushing vacuuming and washing prior to to using the machine. Your comments would be appreciated.Having said that I will probably use you again in the future.

Very satisfied with rug cleaner. Will hire again
Easy to book a collect and return.
Did a good job cleaning the carpets. But struggled a bit on areas where the dirt is very ingrained. The instructions on use are very small and difficult to read.
The Machine is also very heavy and difficult to handle when taken upstairs.
Overall we are satisfied by the quality of the cleaning. We would certainly hire the machine again.
