Good alternative for Amazon

I used Rivly for the first time this week after my wife’s friend was telling us about how they’ve made money buying products because people have found reviews they’ve left helpful. Just left my first review so excited to see how much I start making! Also impressed with the shopping experience itself.

Easy, fast and reliable!

Rivly is super easy to use with a smooth checkout process. As someone who does most of their shopping online, I was impressed with the website experience, shipping speed and condition of my order upon delivery. Highly recommend. Will definitely be using again.

A scam like another review said

As someone else mentioned in their review, this company is a scam.

I also got an email from this Joshe person claiming customers were asking for more of my products (which I will not state here). My products are NOT sold on this Rivly place. I have never hear of it. They claim their customer stated:

More of these would be great. I’m ready to buy but need more variety.

That makes no sense at all. They are saying their "customer" will not make a purchase until they get my products up there. Come on really?

In fact, I have received this exact email several times over the past year, and each time I reply to remove me from their list, which they have not done, and I am done.

Legitimate companies do not make up stories to try and trick businesses into joining their "system."

We constantly strive to create a better experience for our shoppers by having the products they're looking for on our site. So, when shoppers use our Product Request feature or perform searches for specific items where we don't have enough selection yet for the shopper to feel like they can adequately compare options, we reach out to brand owners of those types of products to let them know there is active interest on our marketplace. In some cases, it can include generalized shopper feedback themes we see across a certain product category (e.g., requests for more variety). It’s not meant to imply your products are already on Rivly or to misrepresent your business.

Give it a try

I decided to give Rivly a try and was honestly really impressed. With shipping times being so slow everywhere right now, I didn’t expect it to get here as fast as it did but my item arrived in two days and just in time for Christmas! I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Love!

I am someone who loves to shop local (or as locally as I can) and I heard about Rivly being a marketplace with American owned businesses so I figured I’d give it a try. I didn’t necessarily have the highest hopes since it’s relatively unknown as of right now but I just created an account on Rivly and made a purchase and I’m genuinely impressed. I got a shipping confirmation the same day and had the item I ordered in two days. It has a ton of name brand products which I wasn’t expecting. The 7% back and getting paid for reviews is amazing!

Great new marketplace!

I’ve just had the best experience with Rivly. Was skeptical at first with it being a new marketplace but I loved that I could order things that were local to my area and state that are US based sellers.
Most of the shipping isn’t as quick as Amazon but my packages arrive within the promised window and the tracking updates are always accurate the whole way. Everything has come well-packed, exactly as described, and the quality matched what I’d normally expect when ordering direct from a brand. Biggest surprise was support. I had a quick question, used the contact thing on the site and someone got back to me in like 10 minutes. 
The best takeaway is their reward system. As a credit card optimizer, I’m all for maxing out those rewards! And my most recent purchase was during their Black Friday promotion and I just got back $100 in Rivly rewards to spend on whatever I want! Honestly can’t beat that.

This is a 100% scam

This is a 100% scam. Got an email from Josh Goode claiming customers were asking for more cannabis seeds which I sell. There are no customers, the sales side to the public has been in beta mode for over 2 years. You can't even see the store or any products because there are none. Probably collecting bank info on all who sign up or some other data. Not to mention, their whole premise is that they are based on reviews yet have no Trustpilot account and do not respond to the 1 star reviews like a real company.

We are a legitimate ecommerce marketplace and you're absolutely right that our beta ran longer than we anticipated. During this time, we had sellers and privately invited shoppers transacting, but this wasn't visible publicly, which understandably caused confusion. We've since launched publicly where anyone can create an account and shop the marketplace.

I want to clarify what happened: our marketplace was operating in private beta for the past year with a select group of invited shoppers. During this time, we did have active products, real customers, and genuine sales taking place within our closed beta community.

I completely understand how this looked from the outside. If you weren't part of the beta and visited our site, it may have appeared inactive without the ability to shop, making our communications seem misleading. That was never our intention, and I'm genuinely sorry we didn't communicate our beta status more clearly in our outreach.

We've now officially launched publicly, and anyone can create an account and shop our marketplace. If you'd like to give us another look now that we're live, we'd welcome the opportunity. If not, I completely understand, and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can do better.
