Smooth Selling Experience, Frustrating Wallet Issues

The application was working perfectly for selling, so I recently decided to try buying USDC on the Solana network directly into my Ramp wallet using one of their provided wallets. The purchase itself went smoothly and the funds arrived, but the problems started when I tried to actually use them.

For some reason, I cannot send my USDC out of the wallet. Every attempt gives me an error. I also tried selling it, and that does not work either. To test what was going on, I sent some SOL from another wallet into the Ramp wallet to cover any possible network fees. I then tried sending a small amount of USDC (around $1), but instead it sent my actual SOL balance rather than the USDC.

I’m unsure whether something has changed on Ramp’s side or if this is a technical issue, but right now my funds are effectively stuck. My previous good experiences with Ramp are honestly the only reason this is not a 1-star review.

The support experience has also been extremely disappointing. There doesn’t appear to be a way to reach a real human for immediate help, and I’m just redirected to create a ticket while dealing with an issue involving my money.

I really hope Ramp can fix this quickly, either by allowing me to withdraw my USDC properly or resolving whatever wallet issue is preventing access to my funds.

If the Ramp team reads this and actually wants to address my issue, my support ticket is #28744163. I would genuinely appreciate someone reviewing the case properly and helping me resolve this, because right now I have USDC that I paid for but cannot withdraw, sell, or use.

Ramp Received My Funds but Never Completed the Payout

Avoid if you need reliable service. My 601 USDC transaction was successfully received by Ramp, but the USDT payout has been stuck for over 20 hours with the status “Crypto delivery is delayed.” Support has not responded at all. Holding customer funds without communication is unacceptable. I hope this gets resolved, but this experience has been extremely frustrating.

I will update this review if Ramp resolves the issue promptly and improves their communication.

Refund not received

I tried to sell ethereum and there was a technical issue and I never received my my money in my bank. I got an email saying that that I would receive a refund within 10 day. I have had no further email on the information of the development of the issue and when I emailed a member of the support team they ask if I could could provide information on the transactions I was met with no reply
