Terrible customer service
Even if the clothes and the material are very good,I love them the customer service doesn’t exist at all.
I have been contacting them for the third time regarding an incorrect refund for my returned items. (Be aware that the returning procedure is not free! You have to pay to return your items!) I received a refund less than the amount paid for the returned items because of their mistake! I requested that the remaining balance be refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible and they never replied. After a purchase done in May, and a return process started the third week of May I am still waiting for a reply at the end of June.
Shame.

Order was delayed
Order was delayed. On the tracking website it was saying that I already received my order but I had nothing with me. Had to contact support and only then it was delivered to me. Probably not bying here again

I paid £67.95 for an item that did not fit. No exchange was offered, and I was required to pay return costs while also losing the original shipping fee.
This was one of the most disappointing online shopping experiences I have had. Please read the returns policy very carefully before ordering.
I will not be purchasing from this company again.

Very expensive postage and returns
If you need to return an item it is cery expensive. I paid £4.95 for delivery and then another £4.95 to return an utem that was too big. £10 down the drain!

Bad customer service and outrageous shipping costs
Poor customer service and bad experience if you are in the UK. They do not allow exchanges even though my son liked the jacket we bought but needed a bigger size. You can only return and they charge you £5 for shipping, then you'd need to purchase the item again and pay another £5 shipping cost. An absolute rip off of a company so I don't recommend using them

I made an order
I made an order, and the carrier didn’t deliver the package. I then contacted the customer service, they claimed that the carrier attempted to deliver, but because I wasn’t at home to receive the package, so they sent it back. The customer service isn’t willing to do anything about it, they simply said a refund will be processed, but I can’t make another purchase again because the items I ordered don’t have my size anymore. I am super disappointed with the situation.

Pool quality and courier and worst return/refund experience
1. product quality is not that great
2. biggest issue is , takes too much time to deliver (in my case , it took more than 5days to deliver to UK address)
3. You do not return/refund option in the portal
4. you need to contact CS team for refund process and no refund was processed for me even after sending the shipment 20days ago.

Product not received on time
placed my order on March 22 and requested that the gift be delivered before my son’s birthday. Today is April 1, his birthday, but unfortunately the package has still not arrived.
This delay has caused significant disappointment, and the delivery service has been very poor. Please urgently check the status of my order and inform me when the package will be delivered.
