I had a good experience dealing with the staff at Pins and Aces regarding tracking my order via Shop. It seems that the USPS reused tracking numbers recently that showed an order I had place on 6/9 had been delivered on 4/1. Quite impossible and confusing.
The staff at Pins and Aces looked into the problem and reassured me that my order was on its way to the proper address.
