I have tried to contact them to return something and no one has responded. Why don't they have a normal automated return process?
*Update: They contacted me back, refunded me (minus $10 fee) and told me to keep the bags. Still a bit of a hassle, but glad it got handled.

I was a little skeptical on ordering…
I was a little skeptical on ordering this. Because I have ordered 3 other ones from at different company that did not fit. This one fit perfect for my lululemon bag. Im very happy. Thanks again.

Extension for strap
The service I received when I inquired about an extension for the strap was good. What was disappointing was that they sell their product in Canada, however any of the extension straps available in Canada do NOT fit their buckle even if the same size. The only one that would work had to be ordered from the USA and was shipped via China I believe. So cost in U.S. dollars and delivery was fairly long.

Our Pander strap extender was specifically designed for customers who love our bags but need a little extra strap length. As long as the bag is an official Pander bag with a 1.5-inch buckle, the extender should be compatible. The buckle specification is the same across our U.S., Canada, Europe, and other marketplaces when the official Pander product is available.
Please also note that official Pander buckles have a small “PANDER SPORTS” mark on the buckle surface. This can help confirm whether the buckle is from our standard mold and compatible with our extender.
We understand that the international shipping time was longer than expected, and we truly appreciate your patience. Please feel free to contact us with photos of your bag buckle and the extender, and our team will be happy to help verify the fit and assist you further.

Purse I purchased online and received several days later had been scrunched a bit in the packing and was smaller than I expected. Photo I saw seemed like a somewhat larger item. Not sure I will use it much.
