I was so frustrated after so many cold calls and no one calling back or flat out “no”. I caved and went to NPHub. There is a process, but it is all very manageable. My school is unhelpful and every time they had an issue NPHub was on top of it. The preceptor has been great, provides what I need as far as hours and patients, and is local to me! It’s even closer than my regular job. Fernando amd Robbie are my student coordinators and have been checking in on me. I could text my questions or concerns and they got right back to me.
I wish I never wasted my time, energy, and stress on cold calls. It gets very depressing. I definitely recommend NPHub for anyone in my situation…NP student in need of a preceptor that I had to arrange on my own. Yes, it costs, but I am telling myself it’s the cost of education.

I had two preceptors cancel on me after being approved by the school with another preceptor company. I reached out to NPHub (Mariale and Estefania) who same day found me a replacement that already had connections with my school. This made the process for getting a new preceptor easier and quicker. I won’t have to sit out a class thanks to their quick work.

I signed up for three different preceptor placement services but NPHub was the only one that actually came through for me. Excellent customer service, very responsive, and the cost of the service was comparable to the other two companies.

I felt that connection right away that I have someone who are ready to rescue me in times of my need - - clinical rotation which is difficult to find and get approved due to high demand and competition. Using NP Hub was fast, easy, and successful. I was having a difficult time finding placement for a last minute clinical site, Mariale and Estefania were very responsive with all my inquiries and concerns. I would have had to sit out a semester if it wasn’t for you guys! Thank you

Partner was looking for a last minute women’s health rotation somewhat local to LA that wasn’t charging a million dollars. As you may suspect this can be hard to find. We took the schools provided list and went door to door old school style to probably 17 places got not one call back save from a single medical assistant who told us to email some stuff and they’d get back to us and…spoiler alert…never happened.

Time was short, we were a bit skeptical of NP Hub to be honest. Not so much skeptical of the company but of the commercialization of clinicals…but it is what it is and if it’s going to be that way might as well make it easier on busy students and busy providers.

I’d talked to Fernando and Robbie a few times but we’d never actually went through with anything so I felt bad asking but I asked them last minute for some assistance. Dr. Guzman was full, but they went ahead and asked him to make an exception and we closed the deal in a couple hours.all for under $900 which might sound like a lot but, shop around the LA area and you’ll see we got a bargain.

Just finished the rotation and it was fantastic. Really good, old school doctor willing to teach and explain. The NP hub staff checked in weekly to see how it was going and see if we needed anything.

I think we have the rest of the clinical rotations set up as we are fortunate to work for an employer who allows clinicals in house BUT if we need them again I won’t hesitate to hit up Fernando and Robbie. Fantastic customer service
