This is the absolute worst mattress…

This is the absolute worst mattress company to deal with. To start out, I purchased their Alexander bed several years back and had a plethora of bad experiences associated with that purchase. I ordered and paid for a king bed and they sent me a queen bed. After taking several photographs and sharing it with them, they advise me to see if the bed would grow on the frame and to just let it expand, even though it was obvious that it was a queen.
So after having to deal with disposing of that bed and a headache of bringing the new bed to the second floor of my home for a second time that but only lasted a short period of time until the springs gave out.
After fighting them to honor their warranty, they finally did, then exchanged it for their new sparrow mattress. Three years after the fact, their foam degraded, and they refuse to replace it under their lifetime comfort exchange warranty. They claim because I did not purchase the bed and that it was given to me under a warranty. They were exempt from having to honor the comfort warranty, even though it clearly states that that mattress is eligible for that comfort warranty.

The rationale is, they exchanged their original mattress which I paid for with a newer model so therefore, I never purchased the replacement. Absolutely insane logic.

They instead want me to spend $600 to replace the foam. Now I am stuck with a mattress that I cannot use. That is only three years old.

Save yourself a headache and purchase from a reputable firm. One that honors their warranties and has a commitment to customer service.
This company is terrible. You cannot even get in touch with a live agent. They have to call you if they want.

I am dealing with the Better Business Bureau right now with them and to date, they have ignored their requests for intervention

We recognize that there were challenges associated with your original order, including receiving an incorrect mattress size. While that issue was corrected, we understand that the process was inconvenient and required additional effort on your part.

We also understand your disappointment regarding the warranty replacement and your more recent request for a complimentary comfort layer exchange. However, we would like to clarify an important distinction. The Sparrow mattress you received in 2023 was provided as a warranty replacement for your original Alexander Signature Hybrid mattress after your warranty claim was approved. At the time the replacement was authorized, you were informed that the replacement mattress would carry warranty coverage but would not include Lifetime Renewal Exchange eligibility.

Because the Sparrow was issued as a warranty replacement rather than a new retail purchase, it is not eligible for a complimentary Lifetime Renewal Exchange under the terms of that program. We understand that you disagree with this policy interpretation, but our team has applied the same program terms that were communicated during the warranty replacement process.

We would also like to clarify that Nest Bedding has not ignored requests from the Better Business Bureau. We take all customer concerns seriously and have responded through the appropriate channels.

While we recognize that this outcome is not the one you were seeking, we appreciate the opportunity to review your concerns and provide clarification.

scam with preorders

This company runs a scam with preorders. Instead of charging you when the item actually ships they charge you on the day of PRE-ordering. I ordered and was charged the full price plus shipping on Feb. 6 , 2025. they had posted that the item was to arrive/ ship first week in March. On March 11 not having Yet received a shipping notice I called and was told that the item is expected in a week. I cancelled the order and required that the full funds be returned to my account asap. My confidence in their business model is zero...be warned these people are not reputable!

Never received & this company knows it

I placed an order in January for a pillow for my daughter for her birthday in February. I was charged $98.90 on 2/3/25 even though the pillow never arrived. Over a month past my original order date, I just received a refund notification via email in the amount of $88.30.

This was the response I received from Nestbedding's Customer Disservice representative PROVING that he clearly didn't bother to read my email stating MY DAUGHTER NEVER RECEIVED THE STUPID PILLOW!! His response stated, "We held the $10 from your refund amount. This is to cover the return shipping, which actually costs us $21. If you have any concerns or questions about this, I’d like to direct you to our website where it’s stated under pillow returns:"

AGAIN, THIS ITEM NEVER ARRIVED & this company KNOWS IT since I never contacted them to advise them it never arrived. The first I found out my daughter didn't receive her gift was when I received the refund email and contacted my daughter who confirmed this. This is quite the racquet these people have. You can ONLY reach a sales person online and they can't help. You need to reach out to their CS dept & no one responds. I've left 4 voicemails now and nothing. I'm very disappointed in this company across the board. For a pillow supposedly valued at nearly $100.00 this is beyond awful customer service.

Seems like there are only a few reviews here. I've had a great experience. Very high-quality products and a customer service team that will go above and beyond to help.

Uncomfortable and Unsafe

I have had nothing but issues with this company. Every morning, my husband and I wake up with backaches. There is also mold growing on the bottom of my mattress, despite the fact that we are very clean people, and it is a newer mattress. When I brought it to their attention, they said they won’t replace it because it is caused by “external factors.” That’s odd- other reviews have claimed the same thing! So, we wake up with backaches, and the mold could exacerbate my health condition, and the mattress is about a year old. They will do everything they can to make sure they don’t have to honor their warranty.

Worst company ever to deal with

Worst company ever to deal with! My hybrid latex bed broke down, began creasing in the middle within 4 mos. I am a small built woman. After many emails, pictures, phone calls Nest finally admitted there was a manufacturing issue. So several issues, customer service told me when I selected this mattress that it was medium/firm. Not the case. I have a very bad back and with this flimsy mattress plus it breaking down all my back issues flared as well. Nest wants to replace with another product, will not refund. I would never trust another one of their products again and especially not with my back. Ended up with the Avocado latex hybrid mattress and love it!
