Absolutely adore their courses. Their information is evidence based and backed. So glad I have invested with them over the years.
An Incredible, Transformative Experience!
I recently completed a breathwork course with Naturalistico, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
From start to finish, the course was incredibly well-structured and insightful. I not only loved the practices themselves, but I also learned an immense amount of valuable information that I can actually integrate into my daily life. The guidance was top-notch, creating a safe, welcoming, and deeply restorative environment.
If you are looking to dive into breathwork, learn from knowledgeable instructors, and experience genuine personal growth, Naturalistico is the place to do it. I’m so grateful for this experience!

I love the variety of unique courses available. Many of these courses you can't find anywhere else, others are much more expensive elsewhere. You don't sacrifice quality eventhough the price is lower.
Very informative easy to understand, would totally recommend these courses.
I’m actually signing up for more
This course is a great way to have self-directed life learning, and to be able to learn a new skillset without spending incredible amounts of money to learn it. Highly recommend

The course offers a user-friendly experience and provides valuable coaching frameworks that are immediately applicable to my professional work. However, there are several areas that would benefit from revision.
First, the course language relies heavily on gendered pronouns; updating this to be more inclusive would better reflect the diversity of the coaching clientele. Second, I have concerns regarding the "Health and Wellness" module. As a fitness professional and yoga teacher, I believe the content regarding static stretching lacks necessary nuance. Labeling static stretching as inherently ineffective is misleading and contradicts its proven benefits for mobility, recovery, and body awareness; I strongly recommend that the curriculum be updated with more current, evidence-based research. Finally, the "referral training" section in the marketing module suggests prospecting tactics that could negatively impact client relationships. Rather than asking for prospects for referrals without an established rapport, I suggest adjusting the curriculum to encourage a more organic, relationship-based approach to client recommendations. Improving these areas would significantly enhance the credibility and practical value of the certification.

This course gave me a clear, practical understanding of neurodiversity from an affirming perspective. It helped me see neurodivergence not as something to fix, but as a different way of thinking, sensing, communicating, and regulating.
I especially valued the focus on strengths, sensory needs, executive functioning, emotional regulation, masking, burnout, and personalised support. The course linked theory to real-life strategies like visual tools, sensory adaptations, flexible routines, communication audits, and strengths mapping.
Overall, it showed me that effective coaching should be client-led, ethical, flexible, and respectful of each person’s unique neurotype.

The access and an abundance of information to use as I take this journey.
The course was well designed and thorough. I enjoyed the course materials and learned so much.

I recently completed the ADHD Coach Certification and had a really positive experience. The training was easy to follow, practical, and focused on real-world application rather than just theory.
What stood out most was how it connected ADHD coaching tools to everyday life situations, especially around executive function, communication, and behavior patterns.
The material felt clear and supportive, and I left with strategies I can actually use in my work and with the families I support.
Overall, a solid certification that adds value if you’re working in ADHD coaching or neurodiversity support.

Firstly I bought this course in hopes that it can help me with getting into coaching. I did up to module 3 and it was a struggle.
It's a whole bunch of PDFs and audio only. There was no video or presentation and the audio is so monotone that it actually made me sleepy. Which suggests that this is not a real person speaking. It was hard to soak all the information just by audio. It didn't provide any practical lesson on things like diaphragmatic breathing or other somatic techniques. All it did was tell me about the techniques and why it's important. How am I supposed to put coaching in practise if they don't show me how in the the course?? Also they lied on the course description. They made it sound like they are going to show how to do the different techniques which they didn't!
This course is waste of money and I want a refund. I won't be continuing this course.
Great information but that is all.
