I was expecting something more cut and dry as instead of something more extremely customized. I just wanted some easy outfits to be offered for my viewing, but it turned out not to be what I expected.... See more

Your commercials are patronizing. The last thing we need is a man telling women what to wear. I will never try this service.

I wish I had NEVER signed up. Nowhere did it say it was a monthly subscription. I understood it was a one and done. Now to get out of it…also, I never finished signing up for the program, so why am I being charged?

I bought the one-month promotional plan based on the lovely adverts. As soon as I logged into the app, I realised it wasn’t what I’d expected. I don’t want to go into too much detail about why. It simply suggested outfits that didn’t match what I’d expected from their adverts.
So I decided to cancel straight away and contacted customer support immediately to cancel my subscription and request a refund of the amount paid, as I hadn’t used ANY of the service.
Incidentally, whilst setting up my account, I must have accidentally agreed to purchase a service package that I knew nothing about and had absolutely no interest in.
To cut a long story short, it took me 5 days to receive a PARTIAL refund!
In my emails with customer support, they also mentioned a ‘money-back guarantee’… I don’t think that exists at this point.
The issue isn’t the amount I lost, as fortunately it wasn’t a large sum. But if we multiply that by the number of other possible cases like mine, I can’t help but suspect this is a proper scam.
Please be careful

Did the quiz, selected styles and got fed elderly grandmother style options. Colours that they recommended were so wishy washy and not suitable for my skin. Also too generic. I had to adjust the colour palette and archetype to get anything halfway decent. Didn’t allow skipping of the style guide which you had to pay for on top of, which is misleading. There is also a recommended outfit options which push you down the purchase this item path. Overall, not really worth the money. Try getting a colour me beautiful book so that you can at least try the colours against your skin

Avoid! Took payment without authorisation and agreed a refund initially after I told them it was unethical (I had closed the window down that offered a wardrobe mastery add on and it took the payment anyway)
Still negotiating the refund on this, they then responded to deny they ever offered the refund.

I didn't use their service, but I got some fun emails from them. LOL

Empty promises and lots of hidden charges. Don't be fooled. I cancelled my subscription and have still had another large deduction. Not happy.

If I could give it a ZERO, I would. I cancelled on their website, they kept charging me. I asked PayPal to help. They filed a claim and some AI answer from Mosso told them I had an active account, so they kept charging me. Then I read you had to cancel through Apple or Play store. Went to Play store and looked up my subscriptions. I do not have one for Mosso. But Mosso continues to charge me monthly. I will be asking my credit card company directly to get involved. BEWARE of this either unethical website or of it's inept AI providing information that is wrong!

Finally, I actually had a person reach out to me (besides Sarah) who handled my issue to my satisfaction. Unfortunately, I had to use Trust Pilot (which is great), to get the results I needed.
I am editing my review to reflect the final assistance received. Unfortunately, due to the need to go outside Mosso for assistance I cannot in all honesty give a higher rating.
I had issues while ordering the basic application and could not seem to get off the screens for additional offers. When I realized that I had more things ordered than I wanted, l immediately cancelled the subscription and requested a refund. Several emails later (the first responses were AI generated) I was contacted by Sarah who indicated that she had cancelled the account and refunded me $31.79. But she could not refund the remaining charges. The remaining charges total $160.04 and it seems I have no recourse to get my refund.

I found the colors helpful but didn’t get much use out of the ai - it told me all my outfits were great. I agreed to a 1 time fee and was charged an additional $85 on an auto renewal which I did not think I had agreed to.
The site doesn’t have a place for you to manage your subscription.
That said I did reach out to their “contact” and received a prompt response that they would refund the renewal and cancel my subscription.

AVOID, it is a useless web app (yes, not a real app at all) with hidden charges for nothing. You pay once but when you want to read that report, you have to pay second time, it is insane. Since it is not a real app, you have no account settings and you cannot cancel anything. The link to invoice in their email does not work and it is clear why - there is no invoice at all. If you paid on Revolut, use the option to block the merchant, so that they do not charge anything in future.

I dipped out of purchasing anything because is seemed toooo complicated for my non-technical brain. The AI was helpful. I may try again in future. My refund was expedited quickly. Thanks.

This is not a serious app. It will mislead you in your colors
Contact a serious colour consultant instead! It will save you from being fooled

I accidentally signed up after ı claimed a
refund. Initially they rejected yes my claim. After a few correspondence I was promised I full refund. However. I was given a party refund which makes me think this company is a scam.

I felt confused by the website and ended up with a subscription and an I didn’t want. I got a refund for the subscription. But I am having trouble getting a password set up and it is taking way too long to resolve.

I’m a writer and former English teacher so I was VERY interested in the archetype information that is in almost all their ads. “Take the quiz. Dress like your archetype! Mother, lover, priestess…” ALL BS. There is NO archetype quiz. 100% bait and switch. Shameful business practice. Do NOT sign up.

As I signed up for the program, I found the costs were higher than advertised and in multiple separate costs. This program therefore exceeded the amount I was willing to pay for it!😞
